If I could give ZERO stars I would. Employee was infinitely unhelpful. It seems if you want to speak English and send money to any other country other than Mexico they are short tempered and offer no help.
I was seeking to wire money to South Korea and apparently Western Union doesn’t send money to this country or so I was informed.
In the future I will pay 3x’s as much to wire money and do this through Chase Bank rather than ever patronize this facility!
A HORRIBLY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!
