Kim Rainey is a miracle worker. I first started going to her three years ago. My orthopedic surgeon said either see if you can get help from a physical therapist or it looks like we will need to do surgery. Not only is Kim a PT she is also a terrific Pilates instructor. The combination of both is beautiful. We have strengthened my core over time, no more stabbing pains in my back and no surgery! Woohoo! I have never met a person who is so in tune to the minute details of the muscles in the body. Kim recently received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and her studio is the bomb! I love Kim, I love Pilates, I love life.

This is a great place for Physical Therapy and/​or Pilates. I have been working with Kim over the past couple of years and she is very knowledgable, friendly, honest, and professional! She really knows what she is doing and you will see results! They just moved into a larger space, which is nice for the Pilates classes since they can accommodate more people and machines. If you’re looking for either Physical Therapy, Pilates (private or classes), or both, this is the place to check out!!!

I met with Debi today for helping me recover from a sprained ankle. I’m an avid runner and have had numerous PT techniques, massages, ART etc… However, none of the individuals have shown such a personal, vested interest in helping me as did Debi. She truly knows MAT and even more importantly, I got the impression that she cared about me personally and wanted to help. She was also very personable and fun which created an immediate rapport. This resulted in an overall very positive experience and I highly recommend her and Pilates & Beyond!

If you want a personal experience, with an instructor who will focus on what your body needs and is capable of, this is your place. Debi’s background with MAT and Kim’s PT experience ensure that you will walk out feeling better than you walked in.

I call Debi «the body whisperer» because she has this amazing way of listening to and assessing my body and knowing exactly what it needs to heal, get stronger or just plain perform better. I train in aerial acrobatics and contortion and get into some extreme ranges of motion, I run up against physical limitations a lot and because of this Debi and her skills as a highly trained MAT specialist have been an integral piece in helping me overcome these limitations. I wholeheartedly recommend Debi and her services to anyone who is looking to improve their athletic performance or any athlete recovering from an injury. Not only is Debi highly skilled and passionate about her work, but she is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet!
