I was so surprised to see a couple negative reviews on here. I had a great experience! The owner treated me very well and gave me a great deal! I went back a week later after my repair with a brake squeak and he did a test drive, made a couple adjustments and I was out the door quick and he didn’t charge me anything. I have recommended Rays automotive to a few friends since and they have all had great experiences. I’ll be going back when I need to! Hopefully not too soon.

Two words. scam artist. Took my car there to get a break job and they still grind and squeak, a couple hundred later. Ray and his crew are not accountable for there work and brushed me off. Very shady, should of known when he originally would look me in the eye while talking to me or my husband. TRUST ME DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME YOU’RE BETTER OFF AT THE DEALER.

I am very impressed with Ray’s Auto. In fact, I just created an account on Unilocal so I could write a review about my experience there. I took my car in after hearing my breaks squeak and was sure I’d have to at least have the pads replaced. When I got there he was working on another car but stopped what he was doing and did a full break inspection, lubed up my breaks, tested them and informed me that the problem was solved. I was prepared to hear a list of problems but there were none. He was so honest and helpful and did more than I expected. I insisted I’d pay for his time but he refused to except my tip. After sharing this with some friends and clients, I learned I wasn’t the only one that had great things to say about him.

Ray did some work on my car, I don’t like the way he does business, and I don’t like the way I was treated by him, I would’nt recommend him, I tried to work with him, I had a problem after he did some repairs, he would’nt call me back, and would never look me in the eye? and basicly I don’t think he cares about keeping customers, shady dude, very unprofessional, does not give a crap.
