The barista was a bit shy, but she made our lattes awesome. However the store itself, was the worse I’ve ever been to. Normally Starbucks are very clean regardless of what area/city you are in. The minute we walked in we can see the dirtiness of the store. I was in disbelief. The floor, shelves, tables, countertops. If the store would have been busy full of customers MAYBE it would be justified but there was only 3 customers. The cashier should have been cleaning rather than sitting at the tables talking with his friends.

I go to Starbucks three times a week to buy a coffee drink. Whether I purchase something or not I always ask for an ice water for the road and ALL of the Starbucks gladly serve– again whether or Not I buy something. My little girl and I were in 5 hours of traffic to San Diego from OC and dehydrated. We pulled into drive thru and LINDSEY took our water order– which she REFUSED to serve us Unless We Purchased something else. At this point three cars in back of me and three in front we were stuck waiting out the line to NOT receive our water. I told her ALL the Starbucks gladly serve water– she is the mgr and said no. When I arrived at the window I asked for her name and the guy said in a hush voice «Here take this water, it’s been sitting here» A warm water that the print out ticket said an hour prior on it. Stupefied we drove off with our one cup of someone else’s rejected warm water.

Friendly, fast and extremely efficient. I go to this Starbucks on my way to work every morning. The service is top notch.

This location is generally fine, but often out of basics like oatmeal. Milk I could understand but oatmeal?

I understand that this starbucks is the go-to since it’s right off the freeway and it’s super convenient but that doesn’t mean the barista can hand you a crappy drink without even looking twice at it to determine if she would drink that herself. Went through the drive-thru this morning and the barista couldn’t have rushed me off faster. I ordered a Venti iced caramel Machiatto and I got back some Venti iced drink that looked as if was an upside down Machiatto without caramel. I asked the barista if she could add caramel and she rolled her eyes and gave me back the same damn drink — she just wanted me gone. Thanks! So I went to a different starbucks and they were HAPPY to make me a completely new one free of charge. I will now take the extra time to go to the different location even if that mean I’ll be late to get exactly what I want with people who enjoy doing their job.

Staff here is real friendly. I bring my little one here, he is loud and runs about but is welcomed by a smile every time. Drinks are ready in timely manner and I don’t usually see a line here but if there is one, it moves quickly. There are plenty of outside seating and best part is that there is always shade so sitting outside is pleasant.

The staff is so welcoming here! I always get awesome service and get well taken care of! Also, each time I’ve been in Tanya and Taylor are so nice! One of my favorite locations!

Arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and was told they had closed down and dumped all their black coffee. I used to work in the café business and understand wanting to go home after a long day, but ignoring a customer for a solid minute who’s standing at the register to then briskly tell them that you’re closed even though it’s only 8:50 is just downright rude. You close at 9, which means you serve until 9.

So, I never write Unilocal reviews. I have been silent for years, but I am just so peeved by this place that I can’t take it. I go here EVERYDAY. I have been here everyday for the past 2 months. I spend $ 150 on Starbucks a month(its seriously in my budget). Yet, the staff here does not recognize me, remember my order at all, or at least throw me a smile. I find the girls who work there to be rude, not only to each other, but to customers. They look like they are constantly miserable.(Except for one, who is sweet and has to put up with bossy comments from the others) I am just going to start going to the Starbucks across the street because I find the staff to be incredibly rude.

This is a very late review but several months ago there was a BOGO for gold card members for breakfast sandwiches. I went to several sbucks with no luck of finding any so I started calling locations nearby. Called up this location and a girl by the name of Ariel answered the phone very cleverly! She asked what my favorite color was! I thought that was a nice touch vs the standard greeting. Besides that she was polite and very pleasant to speak with on the phone. Since they didn’t have any more sandwiches left, she offered to call other locations close by and asked me to call back shortly. I did so and she was able to locate food for me! Haha. She was really a doll and made my day during a difficult morning. Little gestures mean a lot in this day and age. Ariel was A+ to deal with. I’m just sorry I did not write this review sooner! :)

The drive thru line is always long but it moves fast! With two little ones in the car thank god for this Starbucks! I live in del mar and drive here just to get my coffee fix if I’m too lazy to get out of the car.

Grande Drip Pikes for me. Can’t say I’ve ordered much more. The staff is on point and the place stays pretty clean despite the amount of traffic at this SBUX. People watching is always a hoot here which I attribute to the location. Where else can you get a mix of coffee-philes, Walmart wholesomeness and REI rock climber sass?

Call me old fashioned but a simple hello and good morning can go a reallll long way. Or when I say thank you, and you clearly heard it, a simple your welcome means a whole lot. The girls this morning reminded me why I don’t come to this one. Common courtesy is not so common I guess

Just like all Starbucks except this one has a drive thru… which by the way must be avoided unless you have an hour and a quarter tank of gas to waste. Friendly staff, place is clean but Jesus H. Christ this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever had the misery of visiting and parking?! Holy hell! I’ve had kicks to the balls that were more pleasant.

Ran in for a quick drink… they were friendly and got my order just right. I don’t go into Starbuck’s all that often, but when I do and I have a fairly good experience I always want to review and let folks know the experience. Had to wait in line(it was a rainy day which is why I suspect it was busy) but as soon as I walked up they took my order and within a few minutes I was out the door. Just what I needed!

My favorite Starbucks of all time! I can come in here at any time of the day and expect amazing service.(I have been here early in the morning before school, during the day, and even in the wee hours of the morning for Black Friday shopping.) The staff here are so awesome and nice compared to the other Starbucks.(There are about 5 Starbucks and some coffee beans and Peet’s very close to this Starbucks, but this is always my go-to coffee place.) This place even remembers me and my sister and knows our drinks! Trust me, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Ok, I’ll start out by saying this is starbucks — it’s the same as every other starbucks out there in terms of taste. So i’m more reviewing the location and staff. Location — it’s convenient, but the parking lot is a bitch. It’s always clogged and the size is awkward. Staff — the staff is nice, but my order often confuses them. and it isn’t a complicated order. It’s iced coffee, ½ coffee ½ nonfat with two pumps classic. I moved here from Seattle where they are SO fast and on top of things, and that’s what i’m used to. So explaining my order kind of annoys me a little. Not that big of a deal, hopefully their just new employees and will get better!

Open at 4:30 am. Good for early workers like me. Service is good, even at 4:30 am! You’d think the employees would be grumpy that early in the morning, but they’re not. Drinks came out fast too. There’s enough power plugs here for your studying needs if you are a college student like me. And comfy chairs much? :)

Not my regular Starbucks but one I frequent during the week in between client meetings and while running errands throughout the weekend. They have a very friendly staff that provides consistent service and the store is usually very clean. This store can get busy but they get you through pretty quickly.

Ok, it’s a Starbucks. They’re virtually all the same and that isn’t such a bad thing, especially when you want something specific. Me, I just want a solo espresso in a ceramic demi-cup. Well, they had no problem satisfying my request(in lightning speed I might add) and did so with a smile. For less than 2 bucks, I can’t complain. As far as lines, I didn’t see any. Outside, they had a nice patio with umbrellas where I ate my Subway sandwich(Subway didn’t have umbrellas at their tables). Thanks!
