Oh my. If you are looking for a total craftsman who will do a perfect job and quickly, this is the place for you. Stephen reupholstered a sofa for us and also made a custom window seat and pillow. It looks awesome. He is wonderful to deal with and truly cares about doing a great job.

Stephen is a craftsman. All of the accolades written about him and his punctuality are correct. If there were a photo posting option, we would present an example of his work in re-​upholstering our living room swivel arm chair. He dropped the valance around the bottom perimeter to hide any rotation hardware. Excellent stitching and button quilting. Seat cushion meets the chair back with no gap. Call Stephen and feel secure about it.

Stephen was fabulous to work with, true to his word, friendly and fast. I had a couple of barstools in need of new fabric — easier to discard and buy new but I prefer making old furniture new again when I can. The problem is most upholstery places are quite expensive — not Stephens — he’s fair in his pricing and I didn’t have to wait a month like other places I tried. They came out great, very pleased with his work and integrity.

Stephen’s Upholstery did excellent work on a very difficult restoration project — a vintage sofa. The finished product is beautiful and perfectly done. Everyone who see is it comments that it is a «masterpiece,» and Steve was willing to work with us until we got just what we wanted. He also reupholstered a vintage armchair for us, and some smaller chairs, and he gave them the same careful and expert attention. I recommend Stephen’s Custom Upholstery for all your upholstery needs. No job is too difficult or too small for him to do well.

We have used Stephens Upholstery for years. There is not a job that Steve can’t do. Believe me, we have given him some pretty tough jobs. One thing great about Steve, is you make one phone call and he is at your service. Also, when he gives you a date for delivery, it is ready. If you want the perfect upholstery job, call Steve, great prices and wonderful work. We even talked Steve into doing a new dog bed and he showed up early in the morning and had it completed by afternoon, just so my dog would have her bed to sleep in that evening. So he is animal friendly too.
