I got my Microsoft and A+ Certification in 2000, I worked for SONY as a laptop tech then several laptop establishments in the area. I have a excellent understanding in how computers are diagnosed and repaired. I have 16 yrs of experience.

I have been in North County 8 yrs ago and I am here to stay!

My PC’s motherboard went out suddenly and I was at my wit’s end when I took a chance and called Eric based on his outstanding Unilocal reviews. I was extremely impressed with his quick response, conscientiousness, technical know-​how and professionalism. He replaced my motherboard for a fraction of the cost that Best Buy quoted me and in just a few days’ time. He answered all of my questions succinctly and demonstrated exceptional expertise in all of our encounters. I am hoping that I won’t need his services again any time soon but if/​when I do, Eric is the guy I will call! I couldn’t have asked for better service in every respect! I recommend him to anyone who lives in north county San Diego!

Eric, you just rock! My laptop was moving slow for the past month, so I wasn’t surprised when it just almost just died. I called Eric. He called back immediately. Arrived at my place later that day. Looked at the laptop. Took it home. Next morning he called saying he was able to resuscitate it… save all my data and replace/​update my hard drive. This thing works amazingly well and fast… just like Eric.

Eric is amazing. He was prompt and great at evaluating our needs. We had previously contacted him for a potential virus on our pc computer and he was able to resolve it over the phone at no cost.
This time my Mac was frustratingly slow. He was on time, contacted me prior to arrival and assessed our needs promptly. Unfortunately it required a new hard drive but soooooo much cheaper than a new Mac. He took my computer on Monday and estimated my new SS Drive would be installed and all apps reinstalled and back to me by Wednesday. He kept me apprised as new hiccups were identified and revised his estimate. To my glee (yea) he met his original date and everything was back to me by Wednesday. It is lightning fast now and my extra large Excel file has been opening quickly and makes me sooooo happy! He kept to or under his original estimate of the cost which was a mere fraction of a new computer.
We would recommend Eric the Computer Guy with 5 stars or more…

Eric is excellent. He’s responsive to my texts. His prices seem reasonable. He’s cautious about running up too high of a bill. He always asks me if I’m sure I want to spend that much money when I ask him to do an upgrade, add something, etc. So far he’s met every challenge I’ve thrown at him. He keeps coming back until everything works the way it’s supposed to work. I’d recommend him.

Eric is wonderful! He responded quickly, professionally, and drove to my home to pick up my laptop. The hard drive needed to be replaced so he was able to replace it for a very reasonable price. He was even able to recover the data at no additional charge! I will definitely be using Eric in the future.

Listen! Load and Clear. I have an incredibly difficult entertainment and internet connection 300 dwn 50 up. I needed it hooked up correctly. Including: Ethernet hardwired to my upstairs entertaniment center Roku 3, Q-​box, Tv, Av, Computer. This Computer Guy, came in like a Super Hero, I went out, had breakfast and back in a half hour, He was done and gone. Look no further. You finely found the Holy Grail for all your Computer Needs. No B. S This Guy is Solid Gold.

Can not recommend this GUY, told me in needed a new board in my laptop. WRONG, and it would cost $ 600.He took it with him for a day over night brought it back and said i needed a new computer, WRONG, He rendered it useless. Was without a computer 6 days. After that he fixed it good enough to at least to be able to use it. I took it to my computer guru in Los Angles, he worked on it for only 30 minutes and it was perfect, faster then ever, like new. He said there’s nothing wrong with it, just needed a tune up, and been working fine for months now.

Eric was fantastic. He helped me to improve the wi-​fi signal in my house by installing an extender that works through the electrical lines. AT&T didn’t have any idea how to help and I didn’t know about this technology. He showed up at my house early and was very enthusiastic. HIs price was very reasonable.
