Verlee Gumban, owner, specializes in a patented technique perfected by Beverly Hills elite lash pioneer, Daniel Dinh. Certified in the Dinh method, ultra-​lightweight, sterilized faux mink eyelash extensions are applied, one-​by-​one to your natural lashes. By blending the extensions seamlessly, they look and feel like your own lashes, only better. Verlee will design just the right look to accentuate your best features to ensure a flawless result you will love.

When «Russian Volume» lashes hit the eyelash extension scene in December 2012, women all over the world were looking for artists who could apply this groundbreaking technique. Perfected by Russian Lash Master, Irina Levchuck, this new technique takes lashes to a whole new level. In June 2013, Verlee attended the first North America «LashBoom» with hands on training in Volume Lashes with Lash Masters Teresa Smith, Olga Volkova, and Nadia Afanaseva and became certified in the Advanced Technique of Volume Eyelash Extension.

Always wanting to master and provide the latest techniques and trends in lash artistry, Verlee became certified by the master herself, Irina Levchuk, Trainer from Lash and Brow Design Academy, in July 2013. Verlee became one of the first to offer Russian Volume lashes in San Diego, CA, and is one of just a handful of skilled artists in the region. To round out her repertoire, Teresa Smith, UK Lash Specialist and author of The Lash Bible, certified Verlee, in March 2014.

Verlee is a Licensed Esthetician. Her patient nature and meticulous attention to detail creates the perfect combination for personal client service. She focuses on giving her clients the kind of exclusive attention normally reserved for celebrities, but without the Beverly Hills prices. She views lash artistry as artwork rather than work, and happily styles lash extensions from subtle and natural, to dramatic and sultry, depending on her clients’ features and lifestyles. Her biggest satisfaction comes from the confidence and joy that radiates from her clients after they see their immediate transformation. An incurable food fanatic, Verlee studied Food Science/​Agbusiness at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After years in the food industry, she made the decision to leave the corporate world to transition into her second career. What drew her to the beauty industry, and specifically lash extensions, was her genuine love of helping women look and feel great about themselves.
