Established in 1985.

Welcome to The Law Offices of Michael Goldstein, where we are committed to the highest quality representation of individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by catastrophic injury or death. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Goldstein has been successful in resolving many such claims, by way of trial and settlement, on behalf of individuals with severe brain injuries, amputations, quadriplegia and paraplegia, as well as individuals who have lost beloved members of their family.

For the past several years, Mr. Goldstein’s practice has been devoted primarily to the handling of claims involving catastrophic injury and death. While he has handled such cases in a number of different contexts — motor vehicle incidents, medical malpractice, defective products, and industrial incidents — he has developed a special expertise and emphasis in his practice with respect to the handling of such claims in the context of tire failure litigation.
