We are the printing experts with a graphic designer to help you develop that ultimate marketing piece or even just a simple, elegant business card.

We specialize in Every Door Direct Mail, using mail carrier routes instead of address lists to get your direct mail marketing piece out to the people you want to see it. It’s only 16 cents per piece to mail!

We have been in operation at the same location for over 16 years with the same ownership and management.

We are open 7 days a week and are closed on, Easter, Christmas and some Federal Holidays.

History

Established in 1996.

We opened our doors in the new Target Shopping Center in Encinitas in November of 1996. After living in this great community for many years, we felt it was time to go into business here. We originally opened as Mail Boxes Etc., then converted to The UPS Store in 2003. We continue as independent franchisees though, we are not owned by UPS as some people think. We still offer the same services we offerred in 1996 with a few additions. We do lots of printing, copies, color copies, laminating, binding, mailbox rental, shredding, packaging, and of course, shipping and mailing. We have 5 Notaries on staff so there is ALWAYS one available at our store and we’re open seven days a weeks. Our newest service is Live Scan Fingerprinting, which we also offer seven days a week! Customer service has always been our prime focus and we look forward to serving you!

Business Owner

Donna has been the owner of this great business since it’s opening in 1996. She and her family have been Encinitas residents for 26 years! Most of her employees have been with her for 9 years or more, some as long as 15 years! She prides herself on great customer service, high quality and personalized service. Under Donna’s leadership, the store has won many awards for customer service and sales, including being in the top 5 stores in San Diego for the last 10 years and being in the top 100 stores in the country for the last 6! In addition to The UPS Store, Donna’s other passion is the Ronald McDonald House of San Diego where she serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. Donna is a graduate of Cornell University and is a member of both the Carlsbad and Encinitas Chambers of Commerce.
