All work is supervised by the owners, leaving zero margin of errors by using innovative and highly secure equipment that deliveries quality and accuracy. Working with a wide range of hard copy documents Access Scanning offers expert integration and utilization of information management systems. Our proven solutions are designed to provide clients with high quality of efficiency and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Access Scanning Document Services was founded on 2009 by Javier Rios a student of Computer Science in Los Angeles Community College. He worked as a sales person, document scanning operator, delivery driver and food server, until he decided to become independent and help businesses with their document needs.

So who writes a review for a scanning place, right? But these guys were GREAT! I was running late dropping off a mountain of old contracts to be scanned, but luckily they were still there. I easily found parking, too. They greeted me and were nice about my tardiness. Looked like a swarm of bees in their office — they all looked so productive! We got our stuff back so quickly, and not a single mistake. They let me know by email and voicemail when it was ready. Couldn’t have asked for me. Great.

I’ve used these guys twice, and they’re amazing.
Both times, I’ve handed over a stack of files, in all different shapes and sizes. They scanned, and sent back a link to a PDF same day– the file size was perfect for email too.

These folks are so quick, so polite, so efficient and so nice. Oh, and reasonably priced, too. I didn’t have a big job to do, but it was an important one, and because of the nature of the documents, I was in a highly emotional state. The Access Document Scanning group could not have been nicer or easier to work with. They were the best. they showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. He also went through m y boxes and advised me to not scan some of the items i thought i should keep. That saved me about 1⁄3 of the price.

Humanists of the Academy: get your notes scanned! I had seven years of notes from graduate school and first book research digitized by Access and they did an amazing job. They were quick and affordable. And, most importantly, the scan job they did on penciled notes, many of which were smudged, was phenomenal. It’s all perfectly readable, perhaps even more so than in the original! These guys are the best: I cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job for cheaper.

I didn’t expect to find humanity in a print shop.
Javier is exactly the kind of person I dream of working with. He went out of his way to please out of courtesy and professionalism.
I had a difficult, non-​standard project. On top of it, I kept changing my mind on details. Despite this, not only was the scanning high quality but Javier got the work done in next to no time.

Awesome. Just awesome! Incredible and conscientious service with my documents. I had a stack old college papers, held together with rusty staples. I wanted to scan and keep PDFs to get rid of the originals. About 220 pages/​19 papers.
Because Encino is a drive for me, Javier worked it out so I could send the box of originals and a tracking number. He promptly confirmed receipt and told me when he’d be done. He meticulously created different files for each of the papers. Then asked me how I’d like them. He put them up on a server for me to inspect and download before even asking for payment. Service was so good, I feel like paying a bit more so he can have a beer on me!
Don’t bother looking elsewhere if these guys provide what you need.

I used Access again for a personal project and the results were excellent. They were able to scan some old, fading documents and character sheets for me. I also had some which needed to be scanned in for editing, and these were provided in PDF and MS Word. They did this with excellent results! I’m very happy with them.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Prices were the best in the area, hands down (and I shopped around). They picked up the documents for me, and delivered them when we were done. They completed the work very fast, just a couple of days, even though I wasn’t necessarily in a rush. Most of all, they were accommodating and willing to accept a Purchase Order, since that’s the only way that my institution is able to pay contractors. So flexible, great personality, and great service. You WILL NOT find a better company to scan your documents than this one. Stop looking now, and give them a call.

Received over a thousand pages, double-​sided, and I needed them scanned ASAP. Called Javier, and he offered to pick them up since our office is local to them. Super-​cool. Was planning on passing by their office anyway, so I swung by and dropped them off. They have a pretty small setup, but it seems to work for them, because he had my documents scanned and emailed back in PDF format the same day (within a few hours, actually). He invoiced me via email, as well, and was able to pay them via Paypal with no fuss. Will definitely remember these guys when I have another huge scan job.
