Yesturday during lunch i got a little hungry, decided to order a pizza. I ordered a medium pizza, For delivery. I give them all 5 stars and they deserve it. Best pizza in the area, recommend it for all you pizza lovers, the dough was perfect. Not to crunchy and not too soft. Their pizza sauce is amazing, and just the right amount of it. Unlike other places where they put alot and all you taste is the sauce. And it got here in under 40 min, usually other places say around 50 min and you have to wait very long and get even more hungry. I recieved my food in about 35 min, it was hot and fresh. and the delivery driver was very nice and polite. Very happy customer and defiantly ordering here from now on.

Definetly my go to place! Very nice customer service, the guy on the phone actually knows what he’s talking about and is very friendly! Hard to find these days, lol. This is maybe my 4th time ordering by now, and I’m extremely happy with the results! Pizza is always hot and fresh, ALWAYS on time(and that’s rare to find)! The guy even listens to my every whim and will… and too be honest even I wouldn’t lol. Anyways, definitely a great spot for pizza, can’t say much about anything else because the only thing I order is pizza wings and salads, but these guys never fail! Gonna go for some sub’s next time, definitely worth a try!

So I decided to give their online ordering a try plus you get a free 2 liter Coke w/your 1st online order. I created my new account & got started. Ordering the food was easy as the whole menu is available to you w/the options of adding or taking away toppings, sides & a special request section. I ordered a mini Mexican pizza, a small garden salad made w/romaine lettuce &8 hot wings. When I got to the drinks, there was no offer/coupon for my free soda do I figured they must see that it’s a first time online order, maybe they just bring w/the delivery. They stayed true to the wait time which was about 45 minutes, but the delivery guy had an attitude as if I was bothering him for the delivery(I did leave a 5% tip online before my food arrived but he missed out on the rest of the cash tip I was gonna give him). Sorry that you feel some type of way for bringing food to people but delivery is an offer that MOST people choose when ordering pizza!!! So anyways on to my food. The pizza was piping hot, the cheese was still gooey to my delightful surprise and the salad, which also came w/a baby breadstick; was fresh, cold & crisp! On the flip side though, the hot wings were a breaded, congealed hot a$$ mess that I ended up throwing away after 1 bite(which shaved about 2 years off of my life)! I also never got my free soda for ordering online. All in all, the food was ok & the online ordering process was pretty painless but if its your 1st time you may want to request your free drink in the notes section & I would stay far, far away from the hot wings!

Just came by for a slice and took a couple of sausages. Both tasted outstanding and I love their thin pizza. As a takeout Pizza place I give them 4 star.

I just had the Mexican Pizza! It had amazing flavor with just the right amount of jalapeños to give it a mouth watering kick. The pizza was well done as I requested and I will return here anytime I want a delicious pizza.

Forgot to order lunch for the office. Called around 12:15pm asked him to please rush it and he did. The gentleman brought to us by 12:45pm and we still had time to enjoy our delicious pizza. Thank you Big Mamas and Papas!

I absolutely love this place. I know pizza in this place knows how to do it. It’s not just their pizza they have a wide variety and selection and you can’t go wrong with anything that you get. It helps to that the service is awesome and fast. I’ve been to a few other Big Mama and Papa pizzeria is this one of the best I’ll go out of my way just to come here. I definitely recommend this place you can order whatever you want you can’t go wrong.

I have been at Encino’s Big Mama’s pizzeria with my family. I have got an incredible service over there. Great customer service, great management and tasty food. I would recommend everyone to go over there and enjoy a lovely time!!!

Don’t go to this location! Management is clueless and unprofessional. I only went there for the free pizza coupon I received and the manager wasn’t going to honor it! A 12 year old doesn’t need to show ID for a free pizza! These staff members here are rude! Look at the manager response! Clearly a business that needs to close! I wonder if the health inspector has been there lately? I’ll check for everyone!

Ordered from them a few weeks ago, the chicken parm sandwich was average, but good enough where I figured I’d try something else on the menu. They gave me a $ 5 coupon for my next order but it had to be on line. I jumped through the hoops, set up an account and the website wouldn’t honor their coupon. I called the store, told them what happened, escalated it to the manager and asked him if he could do anything. Make a long story short, he didn’t, even when I said I’d never order from them again. Bottom line, it’s the principal, don’t give me a coupon and not honor it. For me, their food isn’t good enough to withstand their bad customer service.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences and great tasting pies from here. I’ve ordered from them on several occasions and I typically do pickup as I live around the corner and they always either have it ready to go on time or as I’m walking in. They have great customer service on times they’ve messed up and have totally comped me pizzas in the past for something I didn’t order or wasn’t up to standard. All in all, very happy giving these guys my business!

Good place to eat pizza. New York Style — They make the pizza in front of you, so you know it’s fresh. I love it here b/c they are the only ones who put enough sauce in the pizza to satisfy my taste! yum yum Best Pizza. Anywhere. Period. — The title says it all. I’ve never even tried any of their other pizza because I’m so addicted to the New York style cheese pizza. Every time we go, we each order a house salad and a piece of thin-crust cheese pizza.(Hot enough that you have to bite into it c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y; plenty of yummy cheese and not too much sauce; tasty crust that isn’t overly crispy!) Then we split a piece of Romano’s amazing cheesecake. As far as I’m concerned, that’s a meal made in heaven!

Boyfriend was working late, so I was ordering just for me. Had their meatball sandwich, which was tasty and good-sized. This place might have a second chance with the gf pizza for me and my bf soon, too! ;)

OK, Big Mama’s & Papas Gluten-Free pizza is THEBESTPIZZA I’VEHADINLA!!! Don’t waste time/money with their regular pizza, which is good but not great, and just order the Gluten-Free. AMAZING! And better for you too. Get whatever toppings you want(we usually order bacon, pepperoni, black olives) and enjoy. And I love pizza and used to work for Round Table! I am a tough critic on pizza. They also have very prompt delivery. Sometimes our pizza is too hot to eat when we get it and we live 2+ miles away! REMEMBER: I guarantee EVERYTHING I recommend. ;)

OK, if I’m wrong I will change my rating of Big mama’s. Let me start by saying I didn’t even order a pizza. But when I went to look at a menu online I had to put in my exact address before they would reveal their menu…(so that we can show you«local menu items and promotions»)… I’ve got google, facebook, android, youtube and thirty apps tracking every move I make and don’t need YOU squeezing more personal info out of me for marketing! You want me to buy a pizza? Show me a menu! Update… the owner of this franchise outlet got back to me with an explanation that was not all that helpful but I realize that slamming a place with ONE star because of some website bullshit is pretty harsh in this day of online reviews. It really impacts a business’s star rating and I’ve had the pizza and it’s OK. But to be clear, from what I can tell… you can’t go to see a specific locations’ menu(you can’t just press a «show me the Encino Location Menu and Specials»)… you have to put in your exact address… that’s wrong.
