Although the process was long and drawn out, Wade delivered on what was promised. He worked on the case until it was resolved.

I’m really surprised that this law firm is still in business. I am writing in behalf of my daughter who was referred to this law firm back in 2000. Her employer referred to this lawyer to process her H1B-​Visa. The law firm informed fer that she has to pay 50% which is $ 1,500 upfront then they can start processing my working visa. She even have to borrow the money from one of our relatives since she only has $ 500 in her pocket. She initially paid them the $ 1500 and then they said that it will be processed soon. She gave them all the requirements to process her working visa.. To make the story short, her working visa is in appeal since the law firm submitted my daughter’s application form to the INS ONE DAY LATE and she waited for 3 years for her appeal to get approved. Imagine waiting for 3 years for their screw up. And on top of that she has to pay for another $ 1,500. Give me a break!!! I suggest find another lawyer that is competent and will not robbed you.

I just wanted to add my two cents on Mr. Chernick after reading the one review on here. I can seriously concur with that reviewer since Mr. Chernick did the same thing to me — essentially taking your money upfront and then not doing anything with your case. You have to be very proactive and push for him to do anything otherwise he won’t., except take your money! Be very careful in dealing with his firm or better yet find a better lawyer. Which I ended up doing.
Like the other reviewer, I’m also amazed why he still in business!
