I went in to return shears and exchange for new ones. They gave me no problem at all and were extremely helpful when suggesting new ones for me to try. Kelly helped me first (so sweet) and another girl helped me too (I can’t remember your name I’m sorry!). They both went above and beyond and that is something I greatly appreciate. I will be in here a lot since I work right down the street and it will be nice to see friendly faces! Thank you!

The WORST WORST WORST cosmoprof I’ve ever been to. The manager was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I will NEVER come here again. I ask her for advice on products, and she said «she’s not allowed to give out any information» her name was ELVIA. Why they let such an abrasive rude woman become manager, I will never know. The fault is all mine for asking someone for hair advice who had the most HIDEOUS brassy orange hair with BLACK roots. No wonder the place was empty. WORST customer service EVER!!!

Okay so I had a bad experience, don’t we all from time to time! This location has stepped it up and even know I live closer to another location I make the drive!
The staff or should I say current staff goes above and beyond by asking if anything is needed or couldn’t be found as well as walking you to your car and asking about your Instagram feed!!! It makes spending $ 500+ a pleasure instead of a nightmare!

Every time i go there all the girls are nice and helpful, but last time i had very bad experience with a store manager, she serve you alot of attitude, she isnot interesting, i hope they hire a manager can be nice and friendlyyyyyyyyyyy

I asked the girl with the jacked up eyebrows where we could get Moroccan oil, she event us across the street where they were closed then when we tried to go back to cosmoprof at 4:03 they were closed. Seriously?!

I love this cosmoprof! Honestly, they are the best cosmoprof location. The store manager, Elvia, is a sweetheart! She always has a smile and is extremely helpful… Same as with the rest of the staff! I’ve been to numerous cosmoprof stores and even though this one isn’t the closest to my house I’d rather drive the extra 10 min… Totally worth it!

This is the most helpful Cosmoprof I’ve been too!
They always order the products we need and they’re always super friendly and helpful.
If they don’t have it they’ll order it for you!
They’re parking lot is easy to park in and they have shopping carts to put your products in!

They often make mistakes ringing me up and serve attitude wen u bring it to their attention.
Once i took a spray product back that had clogged up and was unfixable and they were livid and refused to replace it. I went to the burbank location and they replaced without hesitation!
I only go there wen its the only option.

This place is the iiiish! when u need a place that has lots of hair and beauty products for a great price… I damn near lived here when I was in cosmetology school… they hooked a sista’ up when money got tight and perms still needed to be done… They always had a deal of some sort going on, so you always felt like you walked out with more than you bought.
Staff was cooler than a polar bear’s toenails… very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell… so yeah… go get a piece of the ‘prof and do your wallet a favor!

I LOVE cosmoprof! This place is an awesome supplier for the beauty industry which I am proud to be a part of. It’s not open to the public. The staff is very heplful, and the store is well stocked. They are always getting shipments, so the store has some boxes in the aisles, and it makes it hard to walk through, especially when it gets busy, but I’m still able to find what I am looking for. I’ll always be shopping here regardless.
