Diana’s Alterations

I had an expensive vest that needed to be let out and I went to multiple places that told me it would be extremely difficult to complete the alteration in the manner I wanted. I was about to give up when I remembered there was an alteration’s shop that I passed everyday on the way to work. I stopped in and showed Diana exactly what I wanted and she said she could do it! The only problem was that I needed it done in 3 days, as I was going out of town for a wedding. Not only did she get it done in 2 days, but it was absolutely gorgeous! I’m extremely picky when it comes to suits and she nailed this one! I couldn’t of been happier. She does great work and she’s a sweetheart. I highly recommend her.

I love this place! I was very pleased with Diana’s work. She did a great job with my gown. The combination of price, service, and a friendly face. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know.

When I lived in Encino 20 years ago, I took some pants to a tailor to be shortened and he made one leg shorter than the other. They next time I needed pants hemmed, my neighbor recommended Diana. I found her work to be excellent. I moved to the North Valley but still go to Diana whenever I need clothes hemmed or altered in any way. She has always been 100 percent reliable and on the rare occasion I needed something in a hurry she was able to accommodate me.

Although Diana is a sweet lady, her alterations are overpriced, take forever, and dissappointingly not well done. I also don’t think she accepts credit cards. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent work. Diana can do casual stuff, and you can also trust her with formalwear. She can turn your sack of a bridesmaid’s dress into something stunning.
No frills here, though — It’s all about the work.
