It was my first time here, i did a brazilian blowout. The place its pretty and calm. Silva is sooo nice, you can chat with her, she was very kind. Definitly coming again.

I had a great experience with Silva she did a brazilian blowout on my hair. She walked me through every step, and as a first time customer she gave me a great deal! My hair looks and feels wonderful! I will def come back. I highly recommend Silva she is very professional and takes good care of her clients.

Silva, the owner, gives outstanding service and the beauticians who work with her are great also! I ve been coming here for ten years! She colors my hair and blow dries my curls into straight locks!

Silva, my hairstylist is amazing! She works magic with my hair. I have Brazilian blowouts and hair color done by her. She is very accomodating and friendly. I am fussy about my hair color and she will continue to work on it until we get it right (very patient). I go in feeling like i have crazy hair and come out feeling fantastic!

Encino concept salon is extremely charming and welcoming! I was greeted and immediately offered a beverage, with a warm smile and firm hand shake. Silva whom owns the salon, took care of me, she was honest about questions I had, and you can tell she loves what she does. We had great conversation and most importantly everything went very smooth and I LOVE my results! Five stars!!!

Encino concept salon is a family friendly salon that’s tucked away I was surprised of how easy it was to find a parking spot in Encino for a salon usually not that easy in any other salons. She was able to accommodate me with my busy crazy schedule on Sunday who would have ever thought that business like that still existed.

I have nothing but amazing experiences from here. My girl Devon has been nothing short of amazing the past 7 years she’s been doing my hair. Got the Brazilian and I swear by it. So amazing, especially since I have such frizzy hair. Book an appointment with Devon!!!

Silva was amazing ! I had Brazilian Blowout for the first time. She explained me how it works. No complaints at all. My hair looks amazing now. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

The star rating for the customer service on behalf of the owner/​manager of this place. NOT the person who did my Brazilian Blowout who was great.
I have been here twice before and paid the price as advertised on Groupon ($ 99) and was asked to pay the salon directly (by Silva) rather than purchase the actual Groupon since Groupon «takes a 50% cut» according to her.
Came to this place recently and was told over the phone that they would honor the current Groupon advertised price. I went ahead and made a same day appointment and drove up to Encino.
Once I’m there, I am told by Silva (again) to not buy the Groupon and just pay them the advertised price directly. Fine, that’s fair. Then she tells me «it’s another 20 dollars because your hair is long» (??? You’ve done my blowout TWICE before and I’ve never heard of this???). She then walks away and I’m basically left with the choice to just leave the salon or accept this random charge. Whatever, it was 110 degrees outside, I sat in 45 minutes of traffic to get there and I need this treatment before I leave town this week. I wasn’t about to get up and leave without getting the treatment done.
Never coming here again. So shady.

This place advertises on Groupon but does not honor the price if you have longer hair.

Went there for the first time a couple of days ago looking to try a Brazilian Blowout. I had several questions that Devon and the owner answered and put me at ease.
Devon took good care of me and followed up with me the next day. Excellent service and Value. I highly recommend this salon and it’s great employees.

Silva is wonderful! My favorite by far and I’ve been coming for almost 2 years now. Thanks for always doing a great job.

I went to Silva for a Brazilian Blowout and I have to say it turned out wonderful. The price was right too!

Ready on time for my appointment and very courteous. Got a Brazilian with a groupon. Took the time to work on resistant hairs. Love the final results. Hair looks and feels great.

Terribly disappointed with customer care and product pricing.
Bought a groupon for a Brazilian blow out, until there all is fine. Silva did work with me around my schedule to set it up, no complaints there.
However — she did not inform me that one should NOT do this procedure while breastfeeding, when she knew I had a newborn (conversations on the phone prior to booking, yet no mention on her part on the risks or inquiry about whether I was BF…).
I later found out about this and was very upset, even more so because Brazilian Blowout has a breastfeeding friendly line with a different formulation!!! Since she is the specialist (and tells you how she’s been doing this forever…), I believe it was her responsibility to disclose this to me. Further, from then researching the BB’s website, her salon/​technique does not comply to the ventilation recommendations by the company (there was no fan on during application of the product).
Oh, and whatever you do, DO NOT BUY hair products from her. Even with her «30%» discount, they are still 25% more expensive than on Amazon.
In short, a nice lady, but who has no regard for the safety of her customers.

I have been getting my hair cut here for several years. Silva is great, the whole staff is great. I am picky… I want someone to remember how my hair is cut and Silva does it perfect every time. I also value that they do not over book and make you wait. Nice environment and easy parking.
