Encino Self Storage

This is the third time I’ve been using this place and I had nothing about very good experience best customer service, Price is right, very clean compared to other self storage places, I think the store managers name is Lucy and very professional, understands people, understand people’s needs. Lucy you rock thank you very much for everything.

Just rented my space and I’m very happy! The staff is very friend and knowledgable I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. The property was the cleanest I visited when shopping around. I love the location and my unit is easily accessible. I highly recommend this facility!

Usually I don’t give 5 stars. But since this was the best experience I had with storage I kinda have to. I’ve rented in a lot of locations because I move a lot and need to anchor for a bit. The franchise places are all the same. Adequate.
The staff was very agreeable and willing to help out. The rates are market. The gate hours are a little better than more which is nice. It usually not crowded so I can get in without having to wait on carts.
No real complaints. Didn’t have anything stolen like CS though. I never tell people where i store either. Usually it’s an inside job. Family or ‘friends’ getting at your stuff.
I would recommend this establishment to friends.

I’ve rented here intermittenly for the past few years and have had nothing but the best service. Through my research, they are always lower or right around the same price as the other storage places in the area. Encino Self Storage is the best place I have ever rented from for a few different reasons. First off, the office staff is very personable and willing to help you out with random issues (most storage office personel are pretty strange and border line creepy). This is the cleanest facility I have ever rented from and I think you can access your stuff from 6 in the morning until around 8 or 9 at night which is ridiculous. I am not sure what C.S. is talking about because they have cameras all over the place and I know my units have all had alarms on them. Anyway, I saw the 1 star on here and felt obligated to back up my loyal Encino Self Storage. They have free candy, water and clean bathrooms as well… that is all.

just got my storage room burglarized — no help or support from the staff or Moss Property Management. Moved from McGee’s which is a wonderful, well managed and secure facility to be closer to my home and lost most of my stuff. Person must have been on premises a reasonable amount of time with a truck but my verbal and disinterested report showed NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. If you treasure what you are using a storage unit find one with surveillance so if a crime occurs the detectives can do their job. At this point I may have to give 30 days notice in writing to move out!!! go figure.

Have stored with this complex for over 6 years and have had nothing but a pleasure feeling to work with the management and moss company. Honest, hard working and most importantly now a days friendly ! Would reccommend. Prices are also very competitve for the area and access is always easy.
