IND performed a complete kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new quartz countertops, electrical, recessed lighting, plumbing, knocking down wall to open up kitchen and living room. Cost includes materials for cabinets and quartz countertops, but does not include backsplash tile, floor tile, or appliances.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen! David, Amir and their tradesmen all do excellent work, and the whole project was completed in less than two months. They worked very hard to keep the project moving and to get it done in the time frame they initially estimated for us. They also worked hard to get things to our specifications (i.e. color of custom cabinets). By and large, everyone was pleasant to work with, and in particular, Amir (project manager) was responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. I will say that on a couple of occasions, we were annoyed with workers not showing up when they said they would, or working late hours with the electricity shut off when the worker showed up late in the first place. Obviously, you have to put up with lot of inconvenience when doing a project like this, but in these situations, they could have minimized it more than they did.
The cost was a little more than what we thought it would be initially, but that is not necessarily IND’s fault — sometimes you just find things during the process that are unexpected. I would be shocked if you ever had a big project like this were everything costed exactly as much as was forecast.
Overall, we would give IND Construction a strong recommendation!

I had IND Construction remodel our kitchen a few months ago. They did such an amazing job that I called on them again to redo my bathrooms. There really isn’t much they can’t do. Good quality job for a very reasonable price, I highly recommend David and his team.

All I can say is «WOW» on a job well done. David actually met with me shortly after I made the call to him and he listened intently as I tried to explain what we were looking for in the re-​model. He made great suggestions and said he would do his best to keep us within the budget we discussed.
Within a few days, we met with his designer who then gave us a 3D on what the re-​model would look like and we also picked out the cabinet design & color we envisioned. We were off and running within two weeks. Then at demo we discovered that the kitchen was not only going to get new flooring but had to be gutted to the floor boards. This was totally unexpected and but was something that had to be done. Then the walls were not level either (another unexpected situation) but David was there immediately after learning from his crew what had to be done to continue the process. He took it upon himself to have the crew continue and told me not to worry about this process or the extra $$ I was envisioning. Yes we did have some BIG bumps in the road, but it was all worth it. The crews were very polite and David kept to his word that work would be done daily until completed.
The kitchen & porch look fabulous and I can’t say enough on how everything was handled and how every time I checked with David he’d re-​assure me not to worry. He said it was his job to make things go as close to planned as possible. Sure the bill was a little over the budget but you will not hear any complaints from me or my family as to how it all went!!! I would use David again in a heart beat and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

David and his team were fantastic. David is very up front about how he does business. He takes pride in what he does and it is very apparent. He was very responsive to our requests and had great recommendations along the way. He met our timeline and did not come to us at the end of the job with a list of additional costs. He worked with us until we felt that the job was complete.

David and his crews were great. We started with and addition and kitchen remodel but were so happy with the work that IND did we decided to have them do the bathrooms as well. All the guys were very profession and the work was done on time and looks great.
Whenever we had as question or concern David was there for us to walk us through the process and make sure we were happy with what they were doing before they started any work. I would definitely recommend IND and if we ever have another construction project they will be the first ones that we call

***UPDATE***
Its been a little over 2 months since construction on my house has been completed. Finally getting everything in the house — we noticed a couple of things that needed fixing — nothing major but things i couldnt do. I called David and the guys were here, 8:30am a day or so later. they came in — saw what need to be done — went to Home Depot, purchased what was needed and fixed everything. there was NO hesitation on Davids end to have the guys come over and there wasnt an additional charge.
Thank you IND — it was great seeing the guys again — i actually missed them all. Great group or workers!

In one word– Amazing. Finally we done with construction and moving to our new home that was completely remodeled by IND. We purchased our very first house few months ago, while getting good deal on buying– we got house that was not in livable condition. Everything has to be redone. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms. My circumstances where pretty complicated– wife was pregnant on 7 month and was not able to deal with construction, me working far from new home and not being around often to supervise. After reading reviews and hearing construction horror stories, I was very hesitant to hire a company. My hesitation was reinforced even more after meeting with few representatives that wanted me to sign contract before even understanding what I need. Finally God sent us an Angel — David, owner of IND construction. After spending nearly 5 hours with us, he came up with with new design layout adding powder room and creating loundry area in the house (it used to be outside), by relocating furnace to the attic-​we got new extra closet. The guy is simply professional at what he does, all his suggestions where from the heart, looking at my place like his own house, watching for my family future comfort like for his own family. Crearly he got my trust and assured me that project will be completed in 6 – 8 weeks. His numbers where very competitive as well. They got all done in 7 weeks, right on time. David helped us with finding the right vendors to get all materials and even got us contractor wholsale prices fom tile and granite place. All work was done by professionals and did not required «baby seating», any changes that came up during the project where made easy and few small things that where not exactly as we expected-​fixed right away. Now we moved, its three of us now, my daughter and my wife enjoying beautiful nursery and I am very happy that it all got done right, the first time. Thanks God for watching for my family and huge thanks to David and all guys at IND Construction for your help getting it done. We will definitely be recommending you and using IND again. After remodeling inside, we still have lots of work outside.

We had six contractors that bid out our kitchen model before selecting IND Construction. David was the most professional, had great ideas and his pricing was very fair. He even gave us a 3D design of what the finished project would look like! Sahweet!
They gutted the entire kitchen (old and outdated with major issues) down to the studs and gave us a beautiful, new kitchen that we absolutely love. They finished on-​time AND on budget! With all the contractor horror stories out there, it’s great to find a company out there that we can trust. We ran into multiple issues (no fault of IND; our house has it’s share of problems), but David always made us feel at ease, saying that they would take care of it. And they always did. :) Even with our excessive eye for detail, they made sure everything was taken care of and to our liking.
Note: we went with semi-​custom cabinets, but truly, it feels like we got custom cabinetry. The quality of the cabinets that IND uses is far superior to any of the ones we’ve seen when checking out other contractor’s previous projects. Plus David hooked us up with self-​closing drawers and doors throughout. Very cool.
We definitely recommend IND and will be using them for all our future projects.

We hired IND to add a bathroom and knock out a wall to create an open floor plan for the kitchen and dining area.
We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn’t do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do, and he did.
In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn’t. But David and his team figured out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra cost to us. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. I notified David about the gate immediately and he had it fixed the next day.
Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.

Me and my wife had a bathroom in our home that needed remodeling. We talked with a few companies and felt that IND Construction were the best people to work with. Had a small bathroom remodeled and paid over $ 8000. While trying to keep costs down, I was talked into resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing. Although I was hesitant, I was assured that if there was any trouble, it would be fixed immediately. Of course, now that the finish is bubbling off, I spoken with ‘the owner’ and was told they would take care of it immediately. That was over 3 months ago.
