Hired Greg for a DUI case I was involved in, and the results I received were nothing short of spectacular!
Greg was kind and gave me his word to do his best to get me out of the situation I was in to avoid being imprisoned. While the terms to compete my case were not personally favorable, they were doable and I had no problem handling them. Greg was available if I ever had any questions, and helped make the process as smooth as possible.
I would recommend Greg to anyone who is dealing with a DUI case, ESPECIALLY one that is more severe than simply being stopped at a checkpoint.

I hired Greg Rubel to represent my son in 3 counties on bank robbery by note charges… He reassured us from the start ⁵⁄₂₀₁₂ that he could do for his lower fee anything the more costly lawyer could do… He did keep my son out on bail for 2 years the problem with that though is there were many missed opportunities to get a better sentence… He told us numerous times that it would be concurrent sentencing… I even asked him if we need to get that in writing and he reassured me we didn’t…He didn’t show up to court in 1 of the counties Atleast 10 times he sent someone else who didn’t know the case… right before sentencing in that county we were informed they would not go concurrent…“It wasn’t Greg’s fault the Judge said no”…Greg got nothing reduced in the charges and my son received the maximum sentence… Hired a new attorney to take over 2 of the counties and the other county went concurrent… So now 2 years plus later there is the 1 county Greg Rubel is representing him in… My son has already been sentenced in the 2 counties and has been in prison for 5 months… Once again Greg told my son they will go concurrent… So my son wanted to be transferred to this county to be sentenced and finally be done with court… Greg just couldn’t seem to get him transferred to court… Now today Greg calls to say he set a court date… He doesn’t know if they will go concurrent, won’t find out until the court date… We have hoped since the beginning that Greg was working hard on this case… Even had my son looking up similar cases to use them in my sons case to get him a better deal, Greg didn’t have the time to work on this or anything else in this case… He didn’t even know my son has 2 kids until 1 year and ½…He just wasn’t interested in this case … Your attorney is suppose to represent you… defend you to the best of their ability… Greg Rubel fails and his client and their family suffer for it… We haven’t seen my son for 5 months waiting for approval so his 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter can visit with their father in a room touch him hug him kiss him… spend hours with him!!.Greg says well when he is transferred to jail Atleast you’ll be able to see him!!! Thank you Greg we’ll be able to pick up the phone talk to him… look through the glass and see him for 30minutes…

Greg is a great and compassionate person. The level of support and kindness that I received from Greg during my ordeal is indescribable. All the advise that was difficult for me to accept at the time came out to be in my favor. His knowledge of the law and court system saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches. With all that being said set aside, he knew that I was going through a very difficult time in my life and this is where the compassion comes in, besides giving me a very big discount the guy would actually check up on me and inquire about my well being!
