If there a choice for no star I would.
Worst service ever. Avoid them like the plague. They never got back to me for months at a time. I would have to drive to the office every time I wanted the most simplest question answered. They got my case denied as they sent as request of evidence and they never followed through.
After collecting all my evidence to send to my new lawyer I found a box that they labelled unusable in which had all the evidence they asked for! Which later got me approved for my visa. If they just did their job I wouldn’t have had the hardship of processing again.
And to make things worse they would not get back to me about refunding me until it was too late. Just a disgrace of a firm.
AVOID THEM!!!

In my experience I have had extreme difficulties in getting responses to emails and phone calls, and when I do get a response, they are typically insufficient and unwilling to provide requested information. Lately, they have just been ignoring emails with no response at all. Definitely not the type of service I would expect for the fees they charge. Better to take your business elsewhere.

Totally agree with Amit and Glower. Clients who need immigration representation are usually quite desperate and have a ticking clock. Such was my case as well. I’ll give them a little leeway and say that they’re too busy to promptly call back or reply to inquiries.
My case was a bit out of the norm, and I knew this going in, so I consulted with them several times if they’re confident in moving forward. Of course they said «yes». A couple dreadful months later (which was way longer than what they projected) I find out that they weren’t up to the standards that they assured me with. In fact I had to personally dig into immigration law to find clauses that my case needed more work on. I even found holes in their preparation and made suggestions that they flat out ignored. Eventually my case was denied due to those holes that I found.
These people will always come up with excuses, and don’t have the urgency needed in immigration cases. Please avoid them, and don’t be fooled if they appear professional at first.

Short story: I had a declined Green Card application and the appeal. She reverted it in 29 days.
I will be forever thankful for that.

I needed my E3 renewed. After having a terrible time with another firm on my last renewal I met with Kate Raynor. Kate and Imelda were thorough and the case was approved with ease.
They were very easy to deal with and I would recommend them.
Several of my friends have had their visa completed by Raynor and Associates and have had the same experience as I did. Easy, thorough and reasonably priced.

I went this morning and spoke to Kate personally and she kept me waiting for 30 minutes because she was busy sipping her latte in her office. My appointment time was 10:00 am for the consultation and I was called about 10:30. I was in the office at 9:56 am.
She is really very rude and the Consultation that they have is only to ask you to sign up. They actually don’t want to discuss anything with you about your case and /​or look your paper work.
Not only she refused to listen to answer my basic question that if I need to file my taxes in order to fill the form I 864, she also refused to hear my case and /​or look any documents that I had.
Again, I was called there for not consultation, but to actually take my credit card or write a check for them.
Very deceptive way to call a customer like that and have him/​her waste their time.
I would stay away from this kind of business practice.

I used Kate Raynor for my Green Card application. At the time, I didn’t know that it is pretty easy to just file your own paperwork, especially if you are married, and I forked out $ 5,000 to get my Green card done here.
Here is where things went bad. I specifically asked if the money would cover everything from start to finish, to which Kate Raynor responded «yes». However, I didn’t know that there were four forms of applications to file (she certainly didn’t volunteer this important piece of information) and assumed that she indeed meant «everything».
Lo and behold, some months later her secretary hits me up for another $ 5000,00 to continue the process. I couldn’t believe my ears. I tried to tell her my fee was supposed to be an «all-​inclusive», but she insisted that it was only the first form filing that was the «all-​inclusive» that I had paid for. (VERY deceptive business practice.) I reluctantly paid the extra money but that only bought me another few months before I got hit up for money again.
By that first time, Kate Raynor herself had long disappeared from my case, if she was ever even involved in the first place as she hands off everything to her overworked paralegals or whatever they are. I only met Kate Raynor herself for a brief ten minute «consultation», where she took my check. I never spoke to her again, although I certainly tried to get through on the phone numerous times. You will never speak to the same person twice, her staff comes and goes at the speed of light and their email addresses just stop working as they leave the office).
At that point I had had enough of this law office where you can never discuss your case with anyone who knows it, since there are new people there every week, plus the money they were asking for an uncomplicated Green card application was getting ridiculous.
So I asked to get my files back, so that I could do my own paperwork. This is where some person tried to do a hard upsell to keep me as a client. I declined and demanded my original paperwork back. THEY WOULDN’T RELEASE IT without me PAYING hundreds of dollars for it! Yup, they tried to hold my paperwork hostage so that I wouldn’t leave (even after I had paid for their «services» and fired them as my lawyers.)
The secrertary came up with some lame excuse that they «needed to keep copies» (why they didn’t just scan them is a mystery to me), and that I would have to pay for THEIR paper copies in order to get my originals back. This, I found out from the CA State Bar, is illegal in California and the lawyer has to make copies on her own dime, should she want them.
Not until filing a complaint with the CA Sate Bar did I get my paperwork back.
I promptly filed the last few forms for my paperwork myself and got my Green Card 6 months later. If I had known what I know today, I would never even bothered with a lawyer in the first place. The forms are available online and it’s really not very complicated to file your own.
Unethical lawyers seem to be a dime a dozen here in Los Angeles. I recommend everyone to file formal complaints when they mistreat you or attempt to intimidate or take advantage of the client’s vulnerability.
