Throughout my 20 year career as a top producer in Business Development I developed teams and coached them to succeed as well. This experience helped me realize that when I focus on human interaction between individuals, guiding them in removing obstacles like stress, judgment, anger, guilt, etc. and replacing them with gratitude, compassion and love, individual results improve. Accordingly, their productivity soars. I also discovered how that vital adjustment helps people achieve more fulfilling career paths, enjoy better relationships with themselves and others, as well as experience greater passion in their lives.

I then sent Len a couple of people who had finished their sessions with me. They loved the details that he helped them with in getting their business off the ground.
