Arrival on time! Professional and friendly, I would highly recommend Pacific Carpet Care. My carpets are dazzling and my couch is like new! I have used dry carpet cleaning in the past and I must say, there is NO comparison. Wet cleaning is definitely the only way to really remove some of the more stubborn stains that wouldn’t budge in the past! From the moment I contacted them to the moment they left I experienced nothing but professionalism and care. I received a call to confirm the day before and was so pleased that the 2 gentleman who did the cleaning arrived at the time they said they would. Thank u Pacific for a great experience in a world where customer device is rapidly dwindling!

Each person I spoke with at Pacific Carpet Care was helpful and oriented towards customer service. Sigy was kind and pleasant. Sebastian, the technician, did a great job cleaning my wool carpeting. He was very careful around furniture and base boards and gingerly maneuvered around my hardwood floors. Yorum went beyond my expectations to help with a small area rug, picking it up and taking care of it personally as well as making suggestions about dealing with moth damage.
Knowledgable, competent and professional. As good as it gets.

This company is amazing! First off, the technicians arrived on time. They were super professional and courteous to my area rug and my home. The rug in my living room came back super clean and looked brand new. I was afraid that it wouldn’t come back the same because of its light colors but they proved me wrong and it came back better than the day I bought it.
I also used them on a property that I am currently renting out. The previous tenants had destroyed my carpet and I was afraid of spending thousands of dollars to replace it. Pacific Carpet Care reassured me that they could fix it and have it look like new. They definitely kept their promise, my carpets exceeded all of expectations. I definitely recommend them! I had already recommended them to my mother who has a few rental properties as her own and she has already fallen in love with their work.

I was referred to Pacific Carpet Care by a friend of mine, and the cleaning experience with them have exceeded ALL my expectations. The 2 technicians that were sent to my house were very gentle and friendly.
They inspected the job and gave me some professional suggestions. My leather furniture could not look any better. So now I decided to spend a little more and clean my oriental rugs. I sent in my two beautiful expensive large oriental rugs to be cleaned at their warehouse. I was a little worried about the possibility of color damage or shrinkage. They assured me that I have nothing to worry about.
My rugs came back after 2 weeks spotless! I was shocked with the results. I could not believe that my old dirty rugs could return being so clean and vivid. They came back like new.
I already referred them to my son, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

In a response to your recent post: The facts are that we ended up hiring another company to remove the excess water and the extremely strong chemical smell from our carpets. Once the other company had removed the excess moisture from the carpet, the smell was gone and within hours, the carpets were completely dry. End of Story.

They came to my house to clean the Tile & Grout, as well as the living room furniture. I must say they did an EXCELLENT job, what more could I ask? Pacific Carpet Care is by far the BEST cleaning company I’ve used and will refer them to anyone.

Often, I check with Unilocal postings to find and select a service, or even try a restaurant. My family needed carpets in two rooms and a walkway done and right away. We purchased the flooring from Carpet Tyme in Thousand Oaks, so I asked Alex for a referral (a very good place for flooring). Given that it was a Saturday, I did not have high hopes for any last minute service.
Having read through the Unilocal reviews, I was candid with Sigi that the reviews did not match the positive comments from Carpet Tyme. I went with my gut and was so glad that I did. Within 2 hours, Roy showed up and skillfully cleaned the carpets and four chair seats better than my wife and I expected. Roy’s attention to detail and thorough prep and cleaning were exceptional.
My wife and I will be a bit more careful trusting some of the bashing Unilocal posts moving forward and will use Pacific Carpet Care in the future.

My living room rug was in desperate need of a face lift. It was sad. It was dingy. It was time. Now, we hadn’t owned our shaggy white living room rug for long, but with two romping toddlers, a lazy cat, and dog all milling about it was just run down in the main traffic areas. (I know what your thinking… why white?) That made things worse because while most of it was all perky and clean it just drew attention to the parts that were kinda nasty for lack of a better word. When my husband said he wanted to have it cleaned I was skeptical that it would help in any way. But since they come to pick it up and also drop it back off, what was there to lose? Also, a huge bonus and the ultimate deal maker for me is that no toxic chemicals are used and only green products ever touch the rug. I have to say, I was so surprised. It was so bushy and clean that I didn’t really think it was our rug. I inspected it super close because I honestly didn’t think our rug would shape up that well. But it was ours. It just was fluffy, and free of animal hair, smushed goldfish crackers and ground in oatmeal and raisins. It was back to its original color. For the first time ever, we are now a shoe free home! I had better not catch my husband or kids trying to walk with their outside shoes across my new dreamy rug! Hell to the no! And I KNOW they aren’t trying to run up in there with food! Now if I can only figure out a way for the animals to wipe their paws and do there nestling elsewhere! Haha!

There are defiantly better carpet cleaning companies out there. The lack of customer care and service leaves a lot to be desired. The estimate for three bedrooms and one hallway (300 sq ft) was just over $ 500. Can’t say I would recommend Pacific Carpet Care.

They damaged my Berber carpet and they said it must the defective carpet. To find out the problem, the carpet retailer sent over a manufacturer carpet inspector and he found that the carpet had no defects. The sad thing is I was the one who discovered runs in almost every room after my carpet was dry. The cleaner never indicated there was a problem in any of the other rooms except the room where I witnessed the cleaning machine snagging a thread and sucking it into the wand. I said «stop» loudly to get the cleaner to turn off the machine to prevent further damage. Later I found cut pieces of carpet thread on the floor that were cut off by the cleaner. Additionally, several months later after Pacific Carpet put the «treatment’ after cleaning, the carpet was even dirtier looking than from the beginning. (It left a residue that just attracted more dirt.) I tried several times calling to talk with the person who was supposed to come and «repair» my carpet but no call back. I let the lady there know that the report came back as fine and also emailed it over and still no sense of responsibility or remorse. I gave up and just cut off the runs myself. I then searched around and found another company to clean my carpet; they did a terrific job without any runs or snags. Almost 9 months later the carpet is still nice looking.

I would recommend Pacific Carpet Care; however, the reason I gave them 3 stars is because they did not leave any booties. The carpets were still drying and if you walk on them, especially when wet, you’ll just get dirt all over them again. When I got home from work, I was simply exhausted and wanted to lay down on my bed, but I couldn’t go upstairs b/​c I was afraid to walk on the wet carpet and get it dirty again.
They did go out of their way on a rainy Friday night to delivery booties to my house, which I really appreciate, but they should always leave 5 pairs of booties at every house, every time. It meant a lot to me that PCC went out of their way to right their wrong.
Also, the carpet will look streaked until you vacuum it after it’s dry. Another reason I’m giving them 3 stars. They should have given us a heads up.
Tips:
1) Make sure to request that PCC leaves you booties so you don’t restain your carpet while it’s wet. Should only need them for about 48 hours after it’s clean while it’s damp.
2) Carpet might look streaked, but don’t panic. After it dries and you vacuum for the first time, the streaks come out.

The carpet cleaning was FANTASTIC, but beware: It cost $ 175 for three rooms. This was my bad as I had miscalculated the final price when they said it was «35 cents a square foot».
Last time we had the carpets cleaned in this apartment it was $ 65, not quite as good a job but saving over $ 100 is worth it.
Again, great cleaning, not-​so-​great prices. Would have 5-​starred them if they had charged half the price.

I have used this carpet cleaning company before and been very happy with the service. However, now the service has changed. They no longer vacuum before spotting and cleaning the carpet. They do not move dust ruffles out of the way anymore. They just let the furniture absorb the overspray from the carpet spotting causing residue rings on the dust ruffles. The company is no longer about service, it is about saving time for them so they can go onto the next job.

I just used this company today Juan came to the apartment he did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting there carpet cleaned. The spots are all gone and the carpet looks brand new. Call Sigi she will take very good care of you.
