As a buyer, I called the agent that was supposed to have an open house. She was immediately rude to me when I asked what happened to the scheduled open house. She continued her snotty attitude, I couldn’t believe someone would be so rude to a potential buyer. I feel sorry for the sellers!

I just recently worked with an agent for the sale of our home and it was a very smooth and easy transaction. I was previously working with another agent in a different office and it was a disaster. Pinnacle was very helpful and having Ridgegate Escrow in the same building as them made it easy to get all paperwork done at once. Could not be happier with my experience and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Hanna Massachi was the landlord of the home I rented from April 2014-​April 2015. She is a Pinnacle Estate Properties agent, and was the owner of the property as well. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. When I moved in, there were repairs needed on the home, ones that did not pass code, ie. no smoke detectors, exposed wires on the patio by a leaking fountain, loose handrails, and the gas department said the fireplace was a dangerous problem and could not be used. I repeatedly asked Hannah to fix these and many other problems and she did not, so I had to have them fixed… except for the fireplace. It still has not been fixed by the gas company, even after numerous times she was told of the danger. Living in the house was great, except that she would show up whenever she wanted and would not do anything she said that she was going to do. As I was beginning the process of moving out, I notified her that although I was giving her a total month in rent, I was moving out 2 weeks before the end of the month. I requested the move out inspection numerous times, and when we finally had it, she said it needed touch up paint and the carpets cleaned. Then we signed the move out list. I painted all walls and trim and cleaned the carpet twice. I then requested the security deposit and she decided that there were other things she wanted me to do, such as clean the windows, scuffs on the floor and repair the hot tub. mostly items that are considered normal wear and tear. She kept adding things and eventually took $ 750 out of my security deposit refund. I explained to her that she was breaking laws by doing this, as she did not give me receipts and documentation regarding the deductions and the inspection had already been done? California law is very clear regarding this. She tells me now she will give me $ 300 more if I will let it go. She probably will not give me the money. I feel I am owed the whole $ 750 but I’m tired of the hassle.
If she would give me all of the money she owes me, I would feel different, but even with the threat of this and other reviews, she still will not.
This has been a nightmare and I would never recommend her as a landlord or a realtor. She is a nice person but never does what she says she will do, or what is right. My realtor did all she could do to fix this, but she and I both just want this experience to be over.

Don’t know which office the Pinnacle agent Olga Safonoff works out of, but I can assure you that she is THE single rudest agent around. That comes from several in the neighborhood who have asked her to stop ringing our doorbells and leaving notepads. My house has a nice No Soliciting Please sign, yet at least twice a month she rings the doorbell and leaves notepads. I’ve asked several times for her to not do so, but she doesn’t care. Spoke with one seller who used her and she said she was unhappy. Do yourself a HUGE favor and use Diane Raheb who has sold our neighborhood for the 20 yrs we’ve been here. And, she’s really nice and professional!

Worked with an agent from this office. To put it bluntly, that would be the last time. I have worked with far better agents who are more attentive and responsible. As soon as escrow began that was it. It took him forever to return calls, take down his sign, and turn over the last set of keys and some paperwork.
