I think they are terrific. I’ve done business with four different pharmacies in Encino and I think they are the best. The pharmacists are always friendly and they have gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion. Prices are good too.

Incompetent, lazy and unreliable. On a regular basis they tell me I have no refills. I tell them to check again and they always say ok let me download your file. Wouldn’t that help the first time? I always call to see if my prescription is ready. I get there and they say they never got it. I have learned to ask them again because when they actually look it’s there. Nothing convenient or helpful about this location.

Horrible customer service. Like the other reviews said, I’m not sure her name but the lady at the front is incredibly rude. I am changing my pharmacy despite the fact their prices are relatively cheap. I don’t want to deal with their miserable attitudes.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve only had very positive experiences with this pharmacy. They’ve been very nice and efficient and helpful. Best pharmacy I’ve used.

Liked them up until yesterday when they disrespected me by laughing while I called to check a refill since my prescription is for my pet and somehow they thought that putting my name instead of my pets name was funny. The woman on the phone was condescending by calling me «hun» while she laughed at their mistakes. Let’s be a little more professional! Changing Pharmacies ASAP.

I can write reviews all day if i have to. Please avoid. The pharmacist named CAM is horrible. She doesnt deserve to be a pharmacist. The workers are much nicer than her.

Very patient, helpful and kind pharmacist and staff. The pharmacist and one of the technicians (Maria) are super friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about the medications, insurance coverage, etc. they will be more than willing to help.
