Great staff! They’re amazing at what they do. They’ve helped my dad in recovery of glioblastoma! this place is my go to. I really like how they have 4 gram 8ths instead of 3.5 like a lot of other places. And if you go there enough sometimes they will even give you a 5 gram 8^th because they’re the best. They always treat me greatly every time I go. I appreciate everyone who works here!

If you can get passed some of the really odd way this place operates you will find that this place will do in a pinch. For example, you have to bring your recommendation for every single visit, not just once so they can put you in their database like every other dispensary. Its possible they have never heard of Excel. 2^nd is the bozo dressed as a security guard. The guy is just rude and unfriendly. I guess it’s possible the 4 times I’ve visited he just had a really bad day. Who knows. The 3^rd oddity is the purchasing process. You tell the very pretty lady what you want. She writes out a ticket. You then go to the cashier and pay the fee. The cashier marks your ticket paid and you go back to the pretty lady and she wraps up your order. An arduous process. Back to the «security guard» during all of this he stands 2 feet to your side and watches you like your a shoplifter getting ready to grab their product and bolt thru the 2 locked doors. I dont need the guard to be my friend but I also dont need to feel like Im in a high security jail. Its just very strange.
All in all. This place has a good selection and they’re close to me.

Still the best spot to hit up in the Valley. Excellent customer service, from the bud tenders to the girls at the front check-​in, and the selection is still super plentiful. The number one clinic for us.

Every single time I’ve gone here I come home and look up the strains I purchased and find they are classified opposite of what I wanted. I don’t know if their «» is incorrect or the people who work there just have no idea what they are doing, because I have three times asked for sativa only to come home and find out I was sold indica strains.

definitely my favourite shop to go to! staff is always very friendly and they always have great deals. they really do love their customers. I went on a Thursday and got a free grab from the mystery bag and got a small pipe! Will be back more often :)

Very great staff super friendly and helpful! The place is very clean and organized. I went to buy some edibles and they had a great selection of edibles. I ended up buying some lollipops and gummy bears and since it was my first time there they gave me some great free items. :)

Very helpful and a huge selection. They aren’t in a rush to get u in then get you out. Answered many questions I had about CBD and different strains for autoimmune disorders. They do need a bigger waiting room, but overall a good experience.

Pretty horrible place. Bad energy from the ladies tone. I got my license yesterday and have been to 7 shops just getting an idea and this is the only one who denied a passport. She was very rude from beginning to end and 20 seconds was all I needed. To those looking to stay away from bad energy/​vibes and service stay away from here. I’m battling a pretty bad illness so her lack of interest was such bad timing. Stay away at least when blonde lady is working. This is a real genuine review not fake 5 star review. They’re quick to judge. You can just tell.

I recently got my papers for medical cannabis to help with anxiety relief. I’ve never been a user, so I’m not familiar with the protocol or processes. The Healing Touch was recommended to me by the doctor, and they were very helpful to a marijuana-​newb. The waiting room is clean, the receptionist is polite, and the people in the back are very informative. I was helped by Alex, who pointed me in a good direction for what would be the best for my anxiety relief. They also provided me with a very nice «starter kit,» which was very nice. I definitely will make this my only stop when purchasing.

Really happy — as a first timer I stopped in and they were very friendly and walked me through everything. Angel (lovely blonde) was super helpful and informative, but I never felt any pressure when learning what was best for me. Very patient, took time with me. Quite a selection of edibles: brownies, gummy candies, lots of chocolate bars, tea, cookies, and even pizzas! Lovely menu selection and they’ll go through with you what is best for your needs. Small nice selection of glassware that’s really affordable. Also have medication/​pill form for various medical needs — Angel was really great in explaining what would be good for what medical need & time of day.
They have amazing specials every day — a happy hour special every day (see in the pics) and are having a ⁴⁄₂₀ celebration and a drawing as well. They were really gracious with some free gifts for me as well — really appreciate it. Very friendly atmosphere. Good parking around (some street, some by the Carl’s. Just make sure you’re not using/​blocking the other businesses in that small strip mall.)
I would say very accessible & lots of options for any need or experience. Can’t wait to stop by again!

This was my first time going to a dispensary. The staff made it very easy! Great customer service and a very knowledgable staff.

went in there on black friday and bought a new refillable vape pen from them and i was super excited… when i got in the car i filled it and within and hour it leaked … i called up they were cool about it said bring it back and we ll see what we can do … I went back and the guy actually helped me for good 30 mins we got it to work… within an hour of leaving the pen stopped working again and i had to eat another 40 collars worth off medicine … I brought back the refillable cartridge hoping i could exchange… the lady who sold it to me on black friday was there and she said «you ruined it «after i explained what happened… i was mad and just bought an xl cartridge and then i got in the car and within an hour that disposable cartridge broke … I just want to warn all patients to not buy any cartridges from this place … the oil is a great price but they have bunk cartridges and the lady who manages it i guess has no customer device skills but they guys who work there are super helpful and their flower is great…
there are just a lot of clubs in los angeles where you dont need to deal with this

I really love this dispensary, the staff knows their medicine and are super informative on what it is you are looking for. I’ve gone too many of these were I ask about the strain I’m looking for or am interested in and they have no idea and don’t bother to think about it. I like to ask questions because I like knowing what it is i’m inhaling, the healing touch answers my questions and they do it without giving me attitude. The staff there is super Rad, the younger chick with dark hair is a great bud tender and so is the tall slim dude with sleeves and dark hair, I believe his name is David. You guys are soo helpful and cool as ice-​cream. I love your flowers and edibles. .also your awesome deals!

From the first time I went in there everyone was friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. Customer experience there is awesome and super inviting. Great deals and specials regularly. Regardless of whether you’re looking for a place to just stop in real quick or to become a regular, this place is definitely worth stopping by.
