If I could give negative stars to this place I would! It’s so sad I have to give such a bad review on this place because I try and write positive things. I myself am Persian and the doctors here are also Persian but omg this place is a joke. I heard on the Persian radio they will help you with weight loss and this place just stole $ 700 from me and left me with nothing. I did their «program“‘for 3 weeks. But lost like 2 pounds when they «guarantee“‘you lose atleast 20. This place is a SCAM they scan your body and give you these pills in a ZIPLOCK BAG like what? A couple fish oil pills, fat burning pills, and vitamin pills. You don’t know what’s in these and can’t do any research on them because they give them to you in a ziplock bag. Can you say rip off? YES. Then they give you a diet plan that you can probably find on google for so much cheaper and honestly I can go on and on about this place. When I asked for a refund back the doctor told me to talk to the receptionist and she said they don’t give refunds, well of course not that’s how their scam business continues on. So beware of this place.

I went to Tri Health on a groupon deal for a «cavitation» treatment.
My experience was very positive, the place is easy to go to with a free parking, is clean and the receptionist Melody is super efficient and kind.
My therapist was Lily, she is the best. She is very experienced and so sweet. It was relaxing and pleasant to be there as you expected from your spa visit.
Most of all, the treatment worked on me!!!
I will definitely go back and recommend Tri Health Medical

I received the Microdermabrasion Facial for the first time here. The staff was very courteous and professionally experienced. I will definitely be back for more services. The best med spa experience I have ever had, so refreshing ! Thank you very much and i would recommend this place to everyone !

I received a Groupon to this place for a massage as a gift and just came back from getting my massage. It was absolutely the worst massage of my life.
First of all, the massage therapist used gloves during my massage. What the heck?!? I’ve never had a massage in my life where the therapist used gloves, and there is a reason. It was so uncomfortable feeling the rubbery gloves on my body — they bunched up as she massaged me. Second, sorry to say, but the massage therapist smelled like BO. So suffice it to say, that was not relaxing at all. Plus she kept trying to talk to me throughout the massage, asking about my religion, what it entails, and a bunch of other things that I really didn’t want to talk about during a massage. I was just trying to relax, not there for a gab session. Plus there were just a couple other little things that would have been really easy to do but make a big difference for the atmosphere. There was no music, the massage oil didn’t smell like anything, and the lights were on pretty bright for a massage.
Definitely not coming back here.

Tomorrow will be my 5 cavitation ultrasound treatment. I don’t see any results. I hope this wasn’t a scam. The office manager and the whole staff promised
it will work. I paid $ 430 dollars for 6 treatments and the body wrap cream. I spend my savings on this… So it by treatment 6 I see nothing I will have to speak up. I will stay positive until then.

I went yesterday for my first cavitation lipo sessions. I purchased a groupon for 4 sessions to try it out. Haleh, manages the front desk and she also performed the cavitation lipo on me. She is such a great motivator and the session went by super fast. I am rating this a 5 for my experience there, i look forward to the rest of my sessions!

Whoever wrote the staff is friendly must be joking. The front desk is not welcoming in the least and you can tell they are only forcing themselves until you sign up for services.
I felt so uncomfortable with the consultation that I never signed up for services. I am 108lbs and was told I needed over the normal amount of treatments to lose the few pounds I wanted, from lipo to injections to creams etc…
The lady I had the consultation with asked me to show her the areas I was concerned with while she looked on from her desk. Never had that happen! Embarrassing as hell!
Usually the physician walks over to the patient and explains why or why not you should be concerned with the area to be treated.
Highly unprofessional and awkward. This place should not be in business.
I went with my gut and you should as well. Never signed up for anything.

I purchased 2 IPL treatments through
. The 1st treatment was very thorough… so thorough, that I had more scabbing from the results than from any previous IPL service I had ever had (at 4 different places). The results, however, were fantastic– so it was well worth the week it took to heal. Scheduling the 2nd treatment was not easy. IPL treatments will not be scheduled until at least 4 weeks after the 1st one. That’s fine, but a treatment will not be scheduled for the next calendar month! I had to wait till May, to schedule an appointment in May! Really? Anyway, I scheduled my 2nd appointment, and emphatically stated I’d like to have the same person perform it as the 1st time. I was told this would happen; but when I showed up, a different person gave me the treatment. Apparently the 1st person was no longer working there. The 2nd treatment seemed much quicker and more comfortable than the 1st one; it turned out this was because basically nothing was done!!! I literally saw no difference than before I went in, other than 2 tiny darkened spots! I sent an email to the business about my dissatisfaction, and was told to come back and talk to Dr. Hedy. Dr. Hedy offered me a «complimentary» 2nd treatment with the same person — the one who did basically nothing; or a discount toward a much, more expensive treatment. Feeling pressured, I signed up for a different laser treatment; but after returning home and doing research on this procedure — and also realizing that I was never satisfied with how things were handled, I cancelled the treatment. Since then, I have called 3 times, to speak to Dr. Heddy; and interestingly enough, she is always with a client after the receptionist asks my name! I just wish I hadn’t ignored the other 1 and 2 star reviews, before purchasing this voucher!

I’ve had serious back pain for the last few years, and I’ve been to many doctors and chiropractors. Tri Health Medical Institute is by far the best. As opposed to some other Chiropractors who spend 5 minutes with their patients, Dr. Azim spends time and really cares about her patients. Also, THMI is one of the nicest offices I’ve been to. It is a one stop shop with two Medical Doctors, two Chiropractic Doctors and all sorts of cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal, facial laser, and skin care products. If you need any services that they offer, go there! You won’t regret it.

A friend referred me to Tri Health because I was looking for a new place for laser hair removal. Some of the other laser places I had been to had horrible service, so I was a little apprehensive before going. I’m so happy that I found this gem, the service is great! They did a consultation and made sure that getting laser treatment was even a good option for me (and my skin type/​hair color). They really care about each patient that walks into the office, which makes me even happier to give them my business. I’ve been there two times now and I’m already seeing results! So happy to be hair free! I would definitely recommend them!

I go to Tri Health almost every week for the last 2 years! Rose, who gives me the deep tissue massage is amazing! I call her «The Angle with two Healing Hands»!
Last week I was suffering from a very severe back and neck pain. Dr. Azim kindly accepted to see me on Saturday, even though I called the office at 9:30 am, and that was the best thing I did for my pain! Dr. Azim took her time interviewing me and explained fully about the possible sources of the pain, gave very useful suggestions about exercising and taking more water during the day and then she did some work on my back and neck. The best part was the adjustment! It was amazing and after a couple of hours my pain was much better! She is a life saver!
I just referred one of my friends to her today!
