Umpqua bank has the best customer service. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure, every person is always pleasant and professional. I’ve never had such amazing response when working with a bank. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to bank with someone who really gets to know their customers and is available whenever any questions may arise.

The team at Umpqua in Encino have been great. I moved to LA a little over a year ago and recently also opened two business accounts. Everyone was nice and helpful. I love that I get to do business with a community bank, keep up the good work, team Umpqua!

Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and management at Umpqua Bank in Encino. Their knowledge, efficiency and customer service is second to none. They are led by manager Gary who is the best of the best when it comes to banking. He goes above and beyond for all his customers. I love the Umpqua banking app which allows me to make mobile deposits and transfers from my own phone. It’s convenient and reliable and saves me so much time. I have been with Umpqua Bank for about 6 months now. I joined because another Doctor that I work with had refferred me to the bank. He had mentioned that they had great customer service and that is what I was looking for. After opening my account with them I was so impressed by the care and concern that they all show for me. Even when their office is busy they pick up the phone for any question, and you are treated like you are their only customer. I get direct access to my bankers whenever I have a question and they respond immediately and they are excellent with follow up. Gary and Jerry and the rest of the leadership at the bank are just phenomenal people, honest and caring. In a world where banking customers feel small and unnoticed, Umpqua Bank makes you feel valued and cared for all your banking needs. 10 stars if I could!

Exceptional bank, outstanding service. Gary and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to the needs of a customer. They have been extremely detailed in explaining everything to me, and patiently answer my questions when I need extra clarification. I’ve noticed that they get back to me very quickly via e-​mail, too, which is helpful. It’s very helpful and comforting to know that I can call the office to get my questions quickly answered instead of some random call center like with other big banks. I have to say for a small bank in stature they are one of the best banks around. They are very professional, helpful, and courteous. Their staff are exceptional and the bank manager Gary K. is one of the nicest people I have ever known. He is always around and loves to greet and meet his customers. If you need a bank that’s large yet small this is the bank for you.
