Pumps are always broken or don’t read info correctly.
Very inconvenient as they seem to want to make you go inside to pay (probably to get you to shop.)
Don’t use the overpriced car wash — not maintained well and will damage car.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-​THROUGH CAR WASH!
It left two deep scratches and HUNDREDS of small scratches on my new car. I am going to have to file a claim with my insurance company.
How is this car wash allowed to stay open?

Worst car wash ever and rudest staff on this planet. We tried to go through the car wash 3 times before they agreed to give us a refund even though they knew it was broken the whole time. We wasted an hour of our lives and the guy was extremely rude. He was so hesitant to help us. He tried to make us feel stupid but it turned out that the machine was actually broken.

Not a bad gas station. Prices here for gas are usually reasonable. This location also has a car wash if you need to get your car cleaned and spiffy.
Service is prompt and friendly. Gas filling stations and area was kept clean.
Not a bad location if you’re in the van nuys/​reseda area.

Been coming to this gas station for over a year. You should only come here for gas, the rest is not worth it. The car wash is expensive for its quality even if you factor in the 20 cents off each gallon. The way they handle business is also shady and unprofessional. I bought a car wash while pumping gas 3 weeks ago & realized I didn’t have enough time. Naturally, I saved the code and reminded myself to come back before the expiration date. I came on the expiration date and the code was invalid. Pressed the help button and no one came. Reparked my car, informed the staff, and was told that I had to use the car wash a week before the code expires. WTF. He gave me another code and lectured me on how I can’t do «that» in the future. Shady as hell. Beware!

I love this place! If you need gas and a car wash this is the perfect gas station to go to. Whenever I need a good wash I come here

Worst customer service EVER!!! Gas pump #4 was leaking and I went in to tell the guy and he just laughed. I’m not joking around. He told me to check my meter in my car to see if there is any gas in my car, of course there is gas! but the nozzle was dripping gas, it’s not like ALL the gas leaked onto the floor. I told him it was dripping, and he just kept laughing, I showed him gas on my hands from the handle and he didn’t even care.!! He said «oh it’s just a little bit» yea you asshole! That’s my money going onto the floor. Not everyone has money to just throw around on the floor not even a «little bit». I have been robbed here too about 6 months ago. Ralphs points get stolen at this location! I’ve only come to this location for 2 years and I recently used my ralphs card and the cashier told me I didnt have enough points when my mother in law just took me grocery shopping a week earlier and we spent 300 dollars! I called Kroger and asked where my points went. They said that someone used «1 cent» worth of gas and took all 300 points. I knew they were doing something suspicios!!! I called police right away about gas leak and Kroger is investigating theft on this location. This location will never get my business again! Terrible!

One of the worst experiences of my life. I go to this gas station maybe 3 times a week, being that I am a college student I seem to not get the respect most others do. The attendant who has, «been there for 10 years» didn’t remember me after coming to this particular location for 6 months, refused a sale because my ID had been stolen the day prior. I am completely displeased with his lack of customer service and will never return to this location again.

This gas station has the worst customer service I have ever experienced… They were supposed to have repaired or gotten a new car wash it was terrible water spots and dirt everywhere on my car! I reported it to the attendant not only was he rude but he refused to do anything about it and I think that’s very poor customer service! Terrible service terrible attitude ! I’m shocked and will never use again.

This place is good if you just fill up and go during the day.
Pumps are good but it stops frequently on my old corolla. Don’t put it on high flow.
Cleaning water is always dirty but sometimes super dirty. Paper towels never run out.
My wife get robbed there once. The person who works there saw that but didn’t do anything. Not even told her that someone picked her purse. Someone saw that and got out of his car and stopped the robber.
Car wash is expensive but if you’re in a rush to get exterior done, that worth it.
Don’t park here to go shopping anywhere else otherwise the guy gets really mad at you. Don’t expect a tow but at least expect someone come and shout at you.

This strategically located gas station always has the lowest price in the area. It’s always clean and you can usually get in and out of there pretty quick. However, this all depends on the line in front of the nearby Trader Joe’s. The people that go to that specific place are animals. They don’t car how far they back up traffic just to get in there. Sorry, this review is about the Shell station. Anyway, Prices are good, great location and they have a car wash and vacuum.

but still cant beat the price and the location of it, its just so close to me and im lazy to go anywhere else, lol

As the name implies, this Shell is right off the White Oak exit on the 101. Incredibly convenient to stop by and get some, shockingly, well-​priced gas. especially now that they’re doing the additional 10 cents off when you get a car wash!
Location is clean and open, few creepy people hanging around and right next to a Trader Joe’s so you can go grab some yummy snacks and get back on the road.

10 cents off each gallon of gas with car wash purchase… But good luck pumping gas. It keeps stopping every 2 seconds. Don’t advertise it if you don’t plan on giving the discount to your customers! The pumps are a little on the older side too… I like to get gas and car wash at the chevron on ventura and lindley better
