My wife and I are looking at buying a hot tub. We called Mr. Bill’s Pools and Spas at least three times to get information on when a certain model hot tub was due to arrive and each time we were promised a call back from Bill, the owner. We never received a call back. The last time we spoke to Bill and he told me «I’ll call you back later today» which turned out to be a falsehood as we received no such call. We know he took our name and number down because we visited the store and he wrote it in his notebook. Either Bill is overwhelmed or a bad business man. Either way, we are done dealing with them.
