Danny’s is close to my house and for that I’m thankful as I’m Gluten Free and have been for four years now as I have Celiac. I absolutely love their Gluten Free Pizza. It’s not soggy or oily, but always crisp and fresh. I can’t get enough! I’ve also had their Chef Salad which was huge and delicious! Keep up the good work Danny’s!

Just don’t like it. The Buffalo chicken wrap was so soggy it was too messy to eat. Girl that takes orders on phone hangs up before I can tell her I need to pay with a card.

Let me start by saying I have been a fan of Danny’s for years. His food is delicious and consistent. Great specialty pizzas. His grinders are super and his Chef Salad is fantastic! That being said I have one caution. DONOTORDERTHEPASTA E FAGIOLI!!! I love Pasta e Fagioli, have eaten it at home, in restaurants and make a vegetarian version myself. Love them all, but Danny’s was like eating Bolognese sauce straight up without the pasta or Fagioli(beans).

Came in with a group of about 20 people to have a birthday dinner for my 92 year old nana. The staff were accommodating and super friendly– they went above and beyond. Boyfriend enjoyed the pizza(which he never gets to eat because I can’t eat pizza!) I had a med rare burger with no bun and it was a cooked perfect and super fresh. The owner sent over a round of wines which was super nice and a great touch. Some of my family eats here every Friday and rave about the grinders and the fish and chips. Good ol fashioned pizza joint– would return or get take out for sure.

Danny’s has the best garlic bread and pizza hands down in Enfield, there is no competition. I feel as if I’m back in Ny. It is small but so efficiently run and super clean. The staff is very friendly and considerate of children and families. We have eaten there on a quiet night and also on a very busy night and it makes no difference everything is still wonderful. Consistently great! They make a special homemade garlic bread that is out of this world! Their pizzas are perfect and the toppings are always fresh. We absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone!

Their grinders are generous and their pizzas are great. Pizzas have a nice tasty crust. My husband and I each ordered a small pizza and were happy to have some left over for snacking the next day. All are very good but one of my absolute favorites is the BLT. Wonderful flavor combination. Try it! I worked at the Enfield Senior Center and we quite often ordered food from Danny’s for movie nights and other events. Everyone loved it! So stop in and I’m sure Danny’s will become a favorite for you, as well.

If you go to Danny’s for a pizza, you have to try his blue ribbon winning chicken cordon bleu pizza. It is amazing. The 2 of us always get an extra large to ensure leftovers. By far the best speciality pizza in the area. Danny added a chicken cordon bleu grinder and calzone also. Bring your appetite

Great spot for a quick meal! When I’m in town I love this place for a burger, pizza or sub. Plus they were great… I called in an order at 9:30 when they close at 10! Delicious Philly burger was ready when I pulled up :)

It’s easy to be frightened away by their website. I don’t know much about«Danny» but if I judged an eatery by its website, I would not eat here. Definitely don’t judge if you’re looking for a decent meal in Enfield. I’ve tried their normal crust as well as thin crust pizzas, and tonight I ordered the regular crust. It was crispy and doughy and very satisfying. It was a little on the pricey side at $ 18 for a large pizza with half-cheese & half-pepperoni. There were 12 good sized slices in the box. The pizza was hot and the pepperoni were cooked perfectly– not burnt and not undercooked. Wait time was longer than average at 30 minutes at only 4pm on a Friday night.(But it’s always 30 minutes.) But in their defense, the kitchen is always bustling. I think they probably do more takeover than dine in. I’m definitely a fan. I also recommend their grinders. They’re oversized and priced well. We don’t order pizza too often but when we do, we pick Danny’s.

Firstly I will say that I tried the pizza here before after reading the reviews and would say that it is okay. I had to delivered to me here in Enfield before. The reason for the two start review is that when I called today to see about getting another pizza, they stated that I live outside the delivery area??? I am only about 3 miles away, if the place says they deliver, they should at least make a point of stating where they deliver to; I found it rather annoying and because of the lack of communication, won’t be ordering pizza here again.

I don’t know what happened to this place. When we first moved to Enfield 8 years ago they were amazing, the best pizza around. But, everything about this place has gone downhill. The first thing you’ll notice is that everyone in the place apparently hates their job of just their customers and does their best to be as rude as possible. Even the delivery person complained to is about it the last time we ordered from here. This I could get over, if the pizza was amazing. But, the pizza used to be fresh and tasty but now just has lost something… I don’t know if they changed ingredients or just don’t care(the general idea I have gotten lately). We kept trying with Danny’s over a series of months. We kept thinking the last time was a fluke… But it’s not. Whatever has happened to that place we have moved on and unfortunately won’t be going back.

Pizza has definitely gone down hill in the last three years. Lets just clear the air here. The pizza use to rock my socks on a consistent basis. but now it is spotty. We stopped going there for a year. A place we once called our«favorite» pizza joint. I did not want to rule it out totally. Living in Somers, CT… it is hard to get a good meal close to home. I decided to give their subs a chance. Why not? What do I have to lose. I got a 12 inch eggplant grinder with mozzarella cheese. Can I say LARGE?! The sub was busting out of the bag. Bread was nice and soft and the sandwich was packed. It was delish. My husband got a Cold Cut Italian. He devoured it. The large sub is just too big. We now order 8 inches for a average price of $ 7.00 Really worth every penny. They have been nailing these sandwiches every time we order pick up. A roast beef was in the mix yesterday and they did not skimp on the meat. Yum! We have plenty of pizza to pick from in Enfield. We will stick to Danny’s for its sandwiches. PS– Pulling in and out of this place can be very tricky. In the middle of a busy intersection with no light. Just have to time it just right.

After seeing mixed reviews, I decided to try Danny’s. I ordered a small pizza with spinach and eggplant. The spinach was good but there was so little on the pizza, I was surprised. The eggplant was cooked well and tasty. The pizza crust tasted like a cardboard grinder roll. The sauce was lacking in amount used and in flavor. We were quite disappointed. It was so bad, we didn’t even save the leftovers. Two stars instead of one because it was hot and ready when they said it would be and for the eggplant.

Pizza is sub-par and service is very slow. It was not bad food it just wasn’t great. There are multiple pizza places in Enfield that are much better. I probably will not go there again.

Absolutely fabulous food — The best rueben — excellent salads, and the pizza is one of the best I have ever had. The restaurant is very clean and the servers are very friendly. You can tell that a lot of pride goes into everything they make. I suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for homemade food at very affordable prices.

Best pizza in area. I usually do take out because the service tends to be slow. Try their speciality pizzas.

I love Danny’s. Cant believe no one has rated it yet. They have much more of a variety than your average pizza/grinder shop. I like to go there on Mondays/Tuesdays for their $ 5 pasta that comes with amazing bread!
