Dyson’s Oil Burner & Air Conditioning Service

Had you asked me a few years ago, I might have actually recommended, but that is no longer the case! I considered myself a loyal customer, even had Toby install my furnace. Recently, the furnace he put in was on the blitz, same exact problem we had last year, so I put in a call for service. He told me he would try to stop by that night, but he was very busy with cleanings and might not get to it for a few days. A few days came and went, and I put in another call to remind him we were without heat. He said he would come later that week, on Friday between 5 – 7. He never showed, so at 730 I called to remind him we were waiting around for him, cold, and without heat. He never answered the phone, so I left my plea for service on his answering machine. He has never returned it, nor even checked in with us. This is NOT how you treat a repeat customer with no heat for 2 weeks !!! This is not the type of person you want to hand over your hard earned dollars to. Look elsewhere !!!
