The manager of this property is abhorrent to communicate with. I had a rent dispute in which they claimed I had not paid when I had. The dispute continued even after I showed proof of payment. They do NOT care about their tenants at all. Not recommended.

Moved into one of their newly renovated apartments on W49th St in January 2013. So far, so good. Building is in good condition considering how old it is. My apartment is on electric floorboard heat instead of radiators which kind of sucks and makes my ConEd bill well over $ 120/month. And I have one of those combo washer/dryers. I looked at reviews of the model online and it’s frightening. I’m just waiting for it break, but hey, its better than not having one. We’ll see if it makes sense for me to stay and renew after a year

This business is the property manager of a series of buildings on West 49th street in Manhattan. They are decently efficient, providing a scheduled terminator as long as you sign up in the hallway, about twice a month or so,(we don’t need that anymore thankfully). They’re also generally good about being available on the phone to voice any concerns. However, it’s been 3 weeks since none of the doorbells/intercoms have worked in the entire building. I have called them three times regarding this issue, and my boyfriend has called them twice. Each time they say someone is coming out to fix these, but they still remain unfixed. This is astonishing to me. I feel being taken advantage of, and I find that absolutely disgusting of property management to do so. We have not received various packages from UPS and Fedex due to this inconvenience. If they do not get their act together, I may consider moving out. I’m not sure how other property management businesses in Manhattan work, but this is not the kind of treatment I am used to.
