Adventure Camper

This place is great! I have been searching for a light weight travel trailer at a fair price and I found these guys. I had a great experience looking at their options. No high pressure sales and they made sure to answer all of my questions. Such nice people I will most likely purchase a new travel trailer from them next week.

The staff was very helpful, especially the young lady who walked me through the camper itself. She was not only very amicable, but knew her stuff. In fact, her attitude and approach alone will keep me coming back.
Overall, the process of picking up and dropping off was better than expected.
We rented a pop up for 4 days over Labor Day 2015. I expected longer waits on pick up and drop off and even though it appears to be a two person operation, didn’t have to wait on either side. The system they have down seems to work well.
The equipment was great and this small pop up slept 4 adults and a pre-​teen comfortably, where others in our site had much bigger 5^th wheel campers that maybe had more space but could not have accommodated us. No issues with the camper itself as it towed fine behind by F150 and set us up as expected over the long weekend.
We did get the damage coverage, thank goodness! While driving back into our camp site, the road got rougher and rougher. Going over a berm, the front stabilizers, which sit a bit lower than both the bottom side of the camper and hitch, drug badly and bent at the connection points. The were so bad we could not use them during the trip and actually, to prevent further damage, I removed them on the way out. The last thing I wanted was to cause permanent damage to the camper unit itself.
Upon returning the camper, I asked the gentleman (I believe the owner), how his day was going as he opened the storage to see the removed stabilizers. To which I received a somewhat sideways comment, «Not too good» and «Hopefully you purchased damage protection.»
Other than this one comment, the experience, process, and equipment were all good. I would recommend Adventure to others seeking similar service.

Equipment was good, the owner is the problem. He said we «understand you are camping, try to have it fairly clean when you return it» Switched up upon return, he charged me $ 70 for dust on the floor, seems that cleaning is a back end revenue stream. Rent at your own risk, mop, dust, and shine or be prepared to pay up!!!
The «President’s» comments are completely ridiculous. I’ll admit it was a muddy Labor Day, we cleaned as best we could, probably some residual dust after it dried, but «he understood we were camping» that’s his phase to put you at ease when renting. I even took the trailer to the car wash and power washed it, his employee thanked me.
And the sink comment, not possible, we cooked out the whole trip, I don’t recall even using the stove. The owner or «President» was angry because his trailer door latch was broken and so the locked door opened up while I was driving, I almost lost the generator, and could not use the generator because the connector was lost. So I asked him for a refund on the generator rental. As soon as I did, he wiped his hand across the floor and found a little dust, so he could salvage his generator rental. His employee actually said «sorry, maybe once it’s up we can save the cleaning fee»
Oh, and if you leave a negative review, apparently he likes to pull the contract and share your last name!!! I’ll stand behind my statements, nothing to gain by writing a negative post.
Again the equipment was good, the latch was not something he could have predicted, just wanted a fair deal, but the poor customer skills are his issue. If you don’t mind dealing with people that don’t deserve the business, then rent away!!!

I have called this place twice this week to ask simple questions about the timeframe of a rental. Savannah didn’t like the sequence of my questions and Ray had little patience for the nature of my questions. Avoid if you have any questions before spending hundreds.

I came to see Ray and Ed for an RV rental a couple of weeks ago for our family trip to Glendo Wyoming. The travel trailer was in great and really spacious. Ray answered all my questions while on the trip and the memories that we had with our kids are precious. Thanks guys for the great customer service, the whole experience was awesome and we will definitely tell all of our friends about it! Btw they also rent Penske trucks in case anyone needs it.

The hubby and I planned a week long camping trip exploring camp grounds in Colorado and decided to rent a pop up camper. Adventure Rentals did a great job! We were checked in and then shown our camper. Some training, Q&A and we knew exactly how to set it up and take it down. The camper had 2 bunks, a small kitchen, plenty of counter space. Super comfy and super easy in general. Cost was also fair as well… I’d give them a shot if you need a camper!
