Cold beer, great music. Attentive, fun staff. What more would you want? The weather was great, so everyone was out back, with Mike Imbasciani and the Bluez Rockerz. If you like the blues, Mike won’t disappoint.

Try to visit when Mike Imbasciani and the Bluzz Rockers are performing! The drummer, Dougie is awesome!

This place had the best band ever. They were the funnest blues band that you could ever ask for in a small chill town. People were crazy on the dance floor.
We ordered some dumplings and ribs. They were ok. They did grow on us, but they were small for the price.
The band here definitely made the experience. The front doesn’t look like a big deal. When you walk through the restaurant, they have an amazing back courtyard. It is huge and very cool except for the cigarette smoke which is allowed.

A most wonderful and excellent cheddar burger cooked to perfection accompanied with homemade chips and a great deal pickle. I highly recommend Englewood on Dearborn look forward to enjoying some fabulous blues music. You don’t want to miss this place

What a fun evening out! Visiting friends in North Port and they made a reservation for an outside table at Englewoods. I knew that there would be killer entertainment by Ellie Lee & Blues Fury but wasn’t expecting such a delicious meal! The outside live music was to begin at 7:00 so we arrived to be seated at 5:30. Glad we arrived when we did. The place was packed. Our meals were fabulous! Crab Cakes were perfect with a tasty remoulade sauce. The Chicken Marsala and Steak with a Peppercorn Cream sauce were delicious too! Our waitress was attentive, feisty and fun. My favorite song by Ellie was a guitar rendition of O Danny Boy. They did a mixed bag of tunes some original and others covers of performers such as The Pretenders, Jimi Hendrix, Santana and The Beatles. Music stopped at 10:00 because of town ordinance — wish it could have gone on for longer as everyone was having such a good time. Since it’s an outside venue, it could get chilly so heaters would be welcome in the cooler weather and fans in summer are definitely needed. Awesome evening!

Great place for food and music. Fun, fun, fun. The owners, Tony and Merrill, are very welcoming and appreciative of your business. Jesse is a great bartender and entertaining. Another reviewer said the martinis are weak. All I can say is that others have raved about Jesse’s mixed drinks.
The Food is top notch, especially the shrimp étouffée and the schnitzel. Try the homemade potato chips.

Just a wonderful experience. Upscale restauran/​night club, outdoors, great service and great food. The bands are top shelf also!

Do not, I repeat do not get a martini in Englewoods. I was charged $ 13.25 for a weak watered down martini. It was higher than NYC prices and much weaker. The worse Martini at and ridiculous cost dampened the night out. The same Martini from Left Coast or Crows Nest and other excellent restaurants in the area were all less than 9 Bucks. Stay with a beer or wine there. Stay away from mixed drinks. In another outing I got a Captain Morgan with club and coke which was very weak and over priced. The Music is great there, the food so so. Go for the music and stick with beer or wine.

You can’t miss with the top entertainment and friendliest owners in Southwest Florida. A Dearborn Steak or Schnitzel my favs.

Great local place to see live music! Cute waitstaff too:)) Hamburgers cooked to perfection, lots of good food, easy on the wallet. Fun people & the owner Tony is very personable. Lots of parking. A hidden gem!

Excellent blues music, food & atmosphere. If you are in the area this is a must see. The outdoor patio with the live music far greater than I would have expected. Tony, the owner is hospitable and runs a first class place. The food matches the music, fantastic. We come regularly to eat and listen to music and have never had a bad meal.

Food was great, especially the Hungarian Goulash. The portions were more than generous. The band was excellent providing dancing opportunities. It was outdoors as the weather was nice. A perfect blues evening.

Great food! Ribs, Maui Maui, Ahi Tuna, and Caesar salad with shrimp! Tony the owner greeted every table. His dog Balla also greeted us. It’s been five years since we were here and great improvement. See you next year.
