I have given this firm the benefit of the doubt and they are a major disappointment.
I made an offer on a property about 1 month ago. I signed all the documents, contract, and broker agreement for Exit Realty to represent me. I have sent numerous emails and left at least 1 voice mail for my broker and have not received a single response back. At this point I have no idea what the status is of the offer and can only assume the offer was submitted to the seller but I have no confirmation of that either. Unbelievable! That is a major violation of the basic required duties of a real estate broker.
I will spare the broker the embarrassment of naming names but I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado Real Estate Commission as this is clearly grounds for a fine/​revocation of a broker’s license. It’s a shame the firm cannot better manage their brokers and abide by state law.
Work with Exit Realty at your own risk and don’t expect the basic minimal skills or duties to be performed as required by law.
