Shelves stocked with broken merchandise. I called and asked if multiple broken items could be removed so that I could have a compete set of in damaged merchandise. Store associate said that was okay. When I came into the store, the assistant manager was extremely rude and argumentative about the broken merchandise. Would not recommend coming here unless you have no other choice. Store should rethink their managers.

I love this Hobby Lobby stores including this one. Great selection, helpful staff, always a good experience. I typically go with my wife when we are running errands, there are always interesting things to look at and good deals to be had. We have gotten numerous Christmas items there that we really treasure. But, of course, they have all the normal craft kind of stuff and extremely helpful staff who have good ideas to help my wife and whatever projects she’s working on at the time. But I have been amazed at how my wife can offer a short explanation of what she’s trying to do and the hobby lobby staff immediately understand and offer multiple options for her to accomplish her goal. Multiple projects have turned out better because of the hobby lobby staff!

Way overpriced in their painting department. What I needed cost half as much from Blick. I go here if I need something now and can’t wait for an online order. Every time I go I have to go searching for a cashier to check out. They always seem to leave the front unattended.

I am very troubled by Hobby Lobby’s lawsuit seeking not to have to pay for certain birth control and what this says about Hobby Lobby’s attitude towards women. No more shopping at Hobby Lobby until Hobby Lobby drops its lawsuit.

Hobby Lobby stores make it very difficult to find what you are looking for. After searching around for a few minutes for some craft supplies, I decided to seek help. I could not find a single person to help me. When I finally asked someone up front, unfortunately they weren’t very kind.

I like coming here to get my crafting supplies its cheap and when they have sales its really worth going. I have been coming to this store for 3 years and every single time the staff is so rude and not helpful at all. I stood by the spray paint yesterday looking for someone for 10 minutes, I finally had to walk across the entire store to find someone to unlock the case. The lady that finally came was full of attidude like I was major inconvenience to her. Every time I come here a leave very irritated they need to take costumer service classes or just get new staff.
