The people at Liberty Tax Service are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will use Liberty Tax Service again in the future and will recommend them to others!

Absolutely the worst tax service office I have ever dealt with. I received a letter from the IRS in 2012 referring to taxes I filed with this company in 2008! They didn’t do the amended return correctly, and forgot to notify the state, and I received a bill for $ 300! So i set an appointment to determine what needed to be done at this point to correct the matter, found a babysitter, and drove 45 min out of my way to the office location that I no longer live by. I arrive on time for my appointment and have to wait almost an hour to speak with a Manager (a trainee tried his best to help us but didn’t have the answers) because another customer who was irate was so upset that it took 2 Managers to try and calm him down for 45 minutes, thus, my husband and I were pretty much ignored. Finally i am asked if we just want to come back later, or get a call later once they can review our situation. The Manager, Vicky spends 30 seconds listening to our issue, and then basically dismisses it, without even an apology as to what happened. I am told by her, that she will call me Monday once she can review things. Then I am told she will call that afternoon. It is now Tuesday afternoon, and I still haven’t been called! I have to call the office, again, trying to follow up with the situation, and I am told that they are too busy with their ‘clients’ and someone will have to call me back. I SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. So yet again, i am waiting to get to the bottom of this mess and stressing out that the State is going to try to garnish me for something i shouldn’t owe in the first place due to their error! Now i am being fined fees and penalties. Save yourself the trouble and go to another tax service!
