Where is the negative stars option? I have done business with this establishment in the past. I was pleased with past experience even recommended a few people there. Well that was a more than a few years back. Im not sure if it’s the same owner but I received a quote for 800.00 for a cracked bumper and the money was paid up front but I am not able to bring the car in at the moment due to work (In need of driving the vehicle). I figured I will get the money back and pay when I’m ready to leave the car… So to refund the money they stated that they would charge tax, credit card fees, and «uncle sam» needs a share of 160.00!!! so I am looking at getting back 544.00 for service that was never done. These people are low lives and unprofessional. To be honest because I am a woman they took advantage. It’s unfortunate that we live in a society where a business needs to take advantage of people because «they can». Looks like I’m will never recommend anyone here ever again in fact I will make sure anyone who asks about a body shop to warn them about these shady people.

This body shop was recommended to me by my mechanic after someone backed into my car. They took care of all the insurance details for me, and my car looks like new. I was even set up with a rental while my car was being repaired. Couldn’t ask for more

I came here to change my bumper few weeks ago. I spent $ 850 to change the new one. And it looks pretty perfect after fixing.
However, today I found the painting is peeling off on the same spot and the bumper cover is broken at the same place apparently. It is no doubt that they did not change a new bumper for me. They just use extremely hot spray gun glue the break part.
If you see the pic, you would understand why I am so sure about this. (I would upload pics)
Then I came to the shop and talk with them just got «fucking idiot «back. Yes, I am such idiot because I trusted them before!!!

My father and the owner of Mitchell’s have known each other for well over 25 years. Putting that aside I would never even think of using another body shop for those unfortunate times when I need body work. Recently I had an accident that required $ 10,000 worth of body work. The front of my car looked like an accordion. When the car was returned to me it looked like I drove it off the showroom floor. Mitchell’s craftsmanship is second to none, and the quality of work they turn out is just top notch. I highly recommend anyone in need for quality body work to use this shop.

I picked my car up this past weekend after being repaired for a small fender bender I was in and I couldn’t be happier. Mitchell’s Autobody did an excellent job repairing the rear bumper and muffler that were damaged in the accident. My car looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot! The service was fast, friendly, professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Steve for doing a great job!

Let me start off by saying that I’m very hard to please. I also know nothing about cars, so speaking in mechanical/​technical language is like explaining to a patient that they have ulcers in medical jargon, and the patient ends up believing he has cancer– but they certainly didn’t give me heart failure. They did a great job, albeit it took more time than I had hoped for. Steve is THE go-​to-​man. He’s an awesome guy and put a smile on my face instantly. Thank you Steve!
The shop is right off route 4, so it’s not too difficult to find.
If you want quality, accommodating, friendly service, this is the place for you– and who doesn’t want that?
