pros: close to downtown and major arteries, some good size spaces
cons: staff attitude could careless, usually rude (when they are actually in the office — gone often), 10 x more ‘do not’ signs in park than ‘welcome,’ have to mow your own grass when staying longer, if you’re in the laundry room after 8:00pm — like 8:01pm you get yelled at and the stink eye, SOME less than desirable mobile home tenants,
We don’t ask for much — but some small appreciation for our money helps…

Worst place ever! Managers think they own the place and can treat you with no respect. Bad customer relations, treated my parents like crap when they were in town for a few days. Very belligerent and rude. Stay in Golden it is beautiful there.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Love this place! It is great quiet community, many fifty plus residents who some have lived here a long time and want to keep the community welcoming to part time RVers. The Managers are very accommodating and helpful. I know that they take great pride in the work they do as managers, from the monthly newsletters to the planning of the resident get togethers at the community clubhouse. Thank you to the Wilbers for all you do!

Bakersfield, CA
We were visiting Denver for a few days and decided to say here. It’s a little hard to find, but well worth it. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice clubhouse and pool and there was no charge for relatives who came to visit for dinner!
Most of the people here are full time or long term, but they were very friendly.
My only complaint is they don’t take credit cards. You must pay with a check! I don’t even carry checks! They didn’t inform me of this when I made my reservation.
If you’re an RV’er going though Denver, I can recommend staying here.
