So disappointed! No free chips, you cannot get as much sauce as you want. Still good tho but the one at East Rutherford in my opinion has a better device

I love it, it taste very authentic Mexican food, but it is more suitable for lunch, not for dinner. Because it looks more like a fast food restaurant

I thought this place was very reasonable. Not being able to find good street taco area the area(well I am from LA where you can find these places everywhere), I decided to try this place even though I didn’t like the fact that this place is a sort of local franchise. Overall I really like the size of taco(small but filling), the toppings(pork, beef, fish) and the sauce. I also liked the topped nacho appetizer. Most of all, the price of this place is very good. Also they have specials on weekdays. For example I had 5 tacos for 5 bucks when I went. So if you really need crappy(meaning down to earth and very street-like) taco around the area, this place should be your go to place at least for now.

We ordered here for our Friday work lunch. Food was good. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and it was very large and fresh. I had quac added and it was a good amount added and also very fresh. No complaints. Even with so many other Mexican food places in Englewood, I would still come back to this place next time I’m in the mood for Mexican.

Went on taco Tuesday. Got five tacos for five dollars. Had 2 pollo and 3 pastor tacos. They were fresh, seemingly healthy, and tasted amazing. ask for the hot sauce and you will get four different types to put on your taco. Really cleared out my sinuses!

Two words: Taco Tuesday. My sister and I make it a rule to come almost EVERY Tuesday(sad, I know). But there’s something about the tacos carnitas… 5 tacos for 5 bucks and I don’t even mind paying the extra dollar for the avocado on top. Staff is polite and to the point. Although this one time I caught the cook listening in on my conversation which gets me to the one«meh» about the place– it’s tiny. Mostly two seater tables although there are two tables waaaaay in the back that seat 4 to 5 people if you wanna have a fiesta. But good luck getting them cuz they’re always full(at least when I go there). Bottom line, the food is good. Don’t think I’ll ever stop going.

Surprisingly good. Surprisingly inexpensive. From the outside it is very unassuming — it looks like it might be a bad hole-in-the-wall. While it’s very narrow, it’s reasonably long — and the tacos are really good. There is also a special for almost every day of the week. Give it a try!

I have to say that I wasn’t expecting much walking in here, but the taste and freshness blew me away. Must try the pastor meat. It can stand alone as a complex, spicy, yet flavorful entrée! We’ll be back!

Always skeptical of chains, but sometimes I’m open to trying them out and being pleasantly surprised. Taqueria Los Gueros(Englewood), unfortunately, did not do that. Got the salad with grilled chicken, steak fajita platter, homemade chips, and guacamole. Salad was a generous portion with a slew of fresh ingredients; however, the chicken, although tasty & spicy, just wasn’t great. Steak fajita was dry — normally this would come sizzling in its own juices, but nope. Homemade chips didn’t taste so great either. And the guacamole was not impressive. :(

Authentic Mexican food with phenomenal customer service. I especially like the tortas and quesadillas. The melted cheese and well seasoned meats play off of each other well. It’s just a flavor explosion in your mouth.

Food is great! There are many options and everything is made to order. The menu is easy to navigate with many great choices. Be prepared to wait during busy times since the food is made fresh and takes times to cook. The staff are friendly and take care of the customers.

4.5 stars — located in Downtown Englewood across from McDonalds, this place is an authentic little Mexican joint that specializes in tacos(authentic soft corn tacos, not Americanized ones). This place is small, so I wouldn’t go with a bunch of people. Takeout and delivery seemed to be the option most people did. There’s only about 6 high top tables that seat 2, and a diner style counter where you can watch them cook on the other side. On a Saturday night at about 5:30, there were about 5 people eating in(3 tables used), one cook, and a pleasant lady taking orders. We asked for menus and sat ourselves at a high top. The menu was simple and straightforward that primarily consisted of tacos and a few other options like fajitas, taquitos, burritos, quesadillas, etc… well priced as well. During the week they have $ 4.99 specials(Tortas on Mondays, 5 tacos on Tuesdays, quesadillas on Wednesdays, and burritos on Thursdays). My boyfriend and I each went with their specialties: I got 4 al pastor tacos(onions and cilantro) and he got 4 steak Mexican style tacos(avocado and pico de gallo). We also got an order of chicken quesadillas to split. I got a horchata and a he got a Mexican coke(in the bottle). Our food came out after about 10 minutes. During that time, the phone was ringing off the hook with deliveries and takeout orders. The al pastor was perfect! Crispy, flavorful and tender… it’s cooked on a spit rod, similar to what gyro meat is cooked on. So good!!! The beef and chicken were well seasoned and tender as well. They also serve red(chipotle) and green(cilantro and jalapeño) hot sauces, pickled onions and hot peppers, and limes for the table. Oh my goodness! The hot sauces and pickled onions and peppers were so good! Be forewarned though, they are hot! My boyfriend and I love spicy and they were perfect for us! Very flavorful and spicy without masking the flavor of the food(we are both fans of habanero and ghost peppers though). The horchata was perfect to wash everything down. We were in and out within about 40 minutes. The service is good, but slow because there was only the one lady working… she was super nice though and if you need something, you just have to go up to the counter and ask for it. No biggie. Can’t wait to go back!

Love this place! Tacos are delish… I prefer the pernil with the pico de gallo & avocado… the chicken is good but more on the spicy side I think everything is on the extra spicy side & I love spicy but i wouldn’t mind if they bring it down a notch… oh and have the fresh made bag of chips-yummy The prices are very reasonable, & they have specials on Tuesdays I have ordered catering from here for super bowl once, I believe it was like 30 tacos in a tray which went a long way… had left overs for days We moved farther away but still come back for take outs

The must authentic, juicy, fresh SHRIMPTACOS I’ve ever had! I also ask for the poco de gallo to the side because it can sometimes be extremely spicy. As a Mexican food/sea food lover, this is my favorite place for shrimp tacos, hands down. Everyone must try them.

I wish I lived walking distance. I could eat all my meals here. Though I must content myself drive 30 miles whenever I can. This is a very special experience.

I was craving for good Mexican, so I checked out Unilocal and never disappointed! The store was nice and small, with tall stools and tables. This may be difficult to feed the kids, unless she or he can sit stable. That’s why I took one star off, but food was really tasty. I ordered fajita burritos of chicken, which came with green and red sauce, also with fresh lime and onions. Not only the flavor, but they put cheese in the burrito so it won’t get messy. Surprisingly, I finished whole burrito by myself. It was that good. I will definitely come back, hopefully not by myself, so that I can try other menus like tacos and chips!

Be warned; this review is graphic. First off, eating at this spot will most likely end up in an explosive trip to the bathroom. My friend brought me here and warned me beforehand that every time her and her bf eat here, they get the runs. But they keep coming back so I guess the food is worth it? I had the al postor tacos chilango style. 4 small tacos with double tortillas. Salty, greasy, and juicy! Def enjoyed these bad boys. They give you some sauces and pickled habaneros & onions on the side. Loved the green sauce(HOT), but I figured these sauces were what’s causing the runs and kept my intake to a minimum. I also got an al postor burrito to go for my little bro and he loved it… But then he told me the next day that he ended up going to the bathroom FIVETIMES! I lucked out and did not experience the terrifying runs myself, but I can only imagine how painful that was. I’m guessing they do not handle food properly here. As much as I live by the motto of «I didn’t choose the taco life, the taco life chose me», I don’t think the food here is worth the gamble. BTW. The server/cashier here is straight up clueless. Get your shit together, boy.

Ooooh wee I’m so happy right now. Lengua tacos done right! I was hella surprised that the lengua came sliced and not cubed. Really soft and great texture. I also had the camaron(shrimp) which was a good amount of shrimp but nothing to write home about. That lengua though!!! Their al pastor looked like it was shaved too they had it set up halal style, a hunk on a Spit. 8 $ + tax for 4 tacos is not bad. I’ll take it for that lengua. The service sucks though. The girl working the front was on her phone the entire time and I could have walked out without paying bc she was barely paying attention but I’m a good citizen like that. With good staffing this place could be poppin’.
