Although not a Colorado Native, Bill has lived in Colorado since he was 9 years old. Bill attended public schools in Littleton and graduated from Arapahoe High School.

After attending the University of Oklahoma, Bill met his wife Susan in Oklahoma City where they both worked for a computer company. In 1984 they were married and moved to Colorado to begin their life together. They have lived in the south Denver metro area since that time except for 2 years when Bill’s job took them to Anchorage, Alaska. Participating directly in Denver growth and development has given him an excellent familiarity with local communities and real estate conditions.

During his ten years in the Real Estate industry, Bill had been recognized for his integrity, professionalism, and service excellence by having 5280 Magazine name him as being in the top 7% of all agents in the Denver Metro Area based on survey results of Homeowners and Mortgage & Title Companies.
