Established in 2011.

Susan Rogers, the Founder and President started thresholdHR in 2011 after nearly 30 years working in Corporate America. She wanted to provide top notch services to businesses that were cost-​effective and customized to the business needs.

In 2014, Susan brought Stephanie Filali Moutei, Vice President of Operations on board with thresholdHR to expand its capabilities.

Susan is a skilled HR practitioner and seasoned expert in all critical areas of Human Resources Management. She has developed and implemented hundreds of targeted HR solutions for organizations, from start-​ups to large corporations that have successfully resolved employee relations issues, lowered turnover, strengthened employee performance, developed leadership talent, improved efficiency, and reduced personnel costs.
