Working with Todd for my first Zenith El Primero could not have been more pleasant. Todd was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with and always responded to be emails and calls within 24 hours. Timepiece Collections was straightforward on their prices and was highly competitive with other area authorized dealers. Todd personally coordinated shipping out of state which was a major convenience. I will definitely consider shopping with Timepiece Collections again!

Sorry to say but had a really lousy experience here with buying a rather high end watch for my wife’s 50^th.
A month after buying the watch, the band broke. I brought the watch back to Timepiece and to my dismay they actually inferred that my wife somehow caused the issue. Tons of attitude and then begrudgingly took the watch and band back to be fixed. Then it took 3 months to come back to us… no apology, no handshake, and again with the attitude.
Flash forward another 3 weeks and the band breaks AGAIN. I bring it back to Timepiece and now they say «we’re not responsible», you need to get in contact with the manufacturer or we can fix it but we have to charge you for doing so. I was blown away.
My wife then decides to send a letter to the CEO of this particular watch company and they were all over it. Sent her a brand new watch, a very kind note from the CEO and an apology… something called client service which is something the guys at Timepiece could learn from.
I think these guys need to learn that the sale doesn’t start and end with the actual sale, especially if you’re looking for long term clients.
Lose the attitude guys… it’s very unbecoming.

Great selection of high-​end timepieces. Todd was great from the moment I walked into the store. I visited more than once deciding on a new watch and he really helped me to make the best decision, and came back to me with a price that was extremely reasonable. Whenever I need another watch I will definitely be going to Todd at The Timepiece Collection.

Sometimes you want a special gift for yourself or a loved one. Perhaps it’s to celebrate a special event like my anniversary. For me the only jewelry I buy is for my wife but for me I love beautifully designed watches. In general I prefer unique pieces new or used that really fuel my passion. What I don’t like are high pressure sales staff touting how great a Rolex timepiece is. I prefer knowledgable sales staff who are informative and can help educate you about a potential purchase. Owner Jeff Khalaf was all that and more. I had been searching for sometime to find an open faced manual wind watch with some really distinctive features. Jeff gave me great value on the purchase, my trade in and thenextended the warranty from 2 years to 4 years. Product arrived in a very timely no hassle fashion. My new Bovet really is just stunning and beautiful to stare at. I love when people ask me what time is it. Thanks again Jeff for all your help and guidance.

I walked in to shop for a college graduation gift for myself. I suppose because I look young they decided I was not «up to par». They were not helpful and spoke down to me. For that reason I decided to purchase my Ulysse Nardin from another dealer. Maybe they’ll learn not to judge but probably not. It is always irritating to me when a sales associate is rude to a potential client.

Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, and good luck getting any help if anything happens to your watch. We bought a Perrelet from this store, and what a mistake it was. The watch started malfunctioning after a few months and we came back to get it fixed, which they did, but it took 5 months. When we finally got it back, it worked fine, for a few months, and then the same issue reoccurred. We called Timepiece Collection asking them if they can fix the issue, since the watch seems to have a recurring problem. Now, instead of being apologetic or just helpful, he told us that we are dirty liars and that we had dropped the watch! The watch is not broken, damaged, or scratched, the mechanism is just off, yet they have the audacity to not just question us, but yell at us and call us names just so that they do not have to correct an issue that is clearly a defect. To add insult to injury, when we told them that this is a recurring issue, the same one that we had fixed at his store, first we were told it was never repaired, then we were told it was there for 3 months, then we were told it was there for 2 months, then we were told it was there for –1 months! (yes, we were told it was there from April to March of the same year) all within 24 hours of the same discussion. When we went to the store to have it repaired, they actually yelled that we are liars and that there is nothing wrong with the malfunctioning watch without even looking at it closely. I wonder how this company stays in business when they could care less about the customer. And the best part is, that the watch is still under warranty and this is how they treat us.

Awesome AD that carries Glashutte Original, Blancpain and other high end brands. I really like their selection. Ian was very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait until my watch comes in.

This is everything you want in an AD.
Great selection and Ian knows his watches. Willing to work with you to make sure you’re happy.
Only drawback is that its closed on Sundays like everything else in the county!

I’ve been a watch collector for over 2 decades and in doing so bought and sold many watches including new, pre-​owned and vintage pieces. My dealings with the Timepiece Collection have always been a pleasure from the quality of the watches down to the services that they provide. Their store is a beautiful showcase of a great diversification of manufacturers while my wife enjoys perusing the jewelry they have on display (I never seem to leave there empty handed…). I highly recommend the team at TPC… they’re a great team to do business with or to connect with to better educate yourself on one of their manufacturers.

The Timepiece Collection is an exquisite store with excellent service. This is the place to find highline watches without paying the high prices of the more commercially known watch superstores that do not give you the personalized service that I have received here. This is where I found my FLAWLESS 1966 rose gold IWC in the box for what I consider to be an unbeatable price. It is well worth the 15 minute trip to the other side of the river for those that don’t like to leave the city. The owner of The Timepiece Collection will absolutely make you feel like you are his only customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
