Under Contract Cleaning

This company says they thoroughly clean empty houses. They charged me $ 225.00 to clean my 700 sq foot condo (with four windows) I paid $ 75 extra for window cleaning. It was unfurnished and the floors and carpeting had been redone. I called them to do a thorough cleaning before I put it on the market. They sent one woman who didn’t do very much cleaning. When I went to the house a few days later to touch up some paint, I noticed many things half done or not cleaned at all. (I had paid them already.) The blinds were only dusted in the center. The kitchen cabinets were dusty and not wiped down on the outside. The bathroom floor wasn’t washed at all on the side of the toilet next to the wall. The bathroom faucets were only cleaned in front. The woodworks weren’t dusted or cleaned at all. She vacuumed the new carpet and washed the newly redone wood floor. I ended up doing all the cleaning myself. When I called them, they offered to send her back in a few days. I told them it was all done, and I certainly wouldn’t want the person they sent back. They didn’t offer any refund.
