First Class Limousine

We used First Class Limousine for New Year’s Eve and we were very pleased!!! Jay Perez was our driver, he was very professional, courteous and funny! We will definitely use First Class Limousine again!

Thank you Jay and your whole team for making my wedding day perfect and getting everyone everywhere they needed to be! We had a Classic Car, their 20 Person Party bus and a Shuttle. Scheduling and booking our event was so easy because they walked me through the simple process and covered all the bases for me so I didn’t have to worry. Then on the day of, the Drivers were incredibly polite and really went out of their way to make our experience and day extra special. Especially Marco who drove our Rolls Royce. You MUST request him!!! He was funny, knows his directions better than the GPS systems, is a true gentleman and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re on-​time and where you need to be, when you need to be there! He’s the BEST!!!

We hired First Class Limo for our son’s prom last weekend. They made everything easy, the car arrived early, it was clean and shiny, the driver was dressed appropriately and was a pleasure to deal with. I’m usually very hard to please but they did an excellent job all around and the kids were thrilled.

We used this service this past weekend for our wedding, and I just like to say it was amazing. The 40 person limo turned into a great party for the bridal party! The driver couldn’t have been any better. Thank you very much, we will definitely be using your services again!

I used this company for two recent airport transports to Newark from Freehold. On both trips the drivers were a few minutes early picking us up. This made me feel much more at ease as I’m a control freak and hated the idea of relying on someone else to get us to the airport. On both returned trips I received text messages from the driver upon arrival advising that they were standing by and ready after we pick up our luggage. On the last trip we ended up being delayed 3 hours but the driver was still there waiting to take us home.
Overall a very positive experience and the rates were much lower than any of the other limo companies in the area.

My wife booked a limo for my surprise 40^th B-​Day dinner. What a fantastic and classy experience with the company. I see why the name is called ‘First Class Limo”. The driver was extremely professional and very helpful. I would fully recommend them for any future events. Five Star is what they reserve.

I booked them for a Sweet 16 and was very happy with the service, limo and especially the driver. If you can, ask for Todd — you’ll be very happy…
BTW: arrvived 15 min early, checked in with us, had the locations, gave us a # to contact him on his cell for any issues (we were still wrapping up the party) and parked right in front of the theater. Once the show was over, we texted him, and he was waiting right outside. Not an easy feat in NYC…

Got married on Aug. 24 and the only problem of my entire day was Class Limousine! Leading up to the day, they were all smiles and promises. We had gone over the contract countless times and everything was set, or so I thought. Of course, when the wedding day actually came, all the promises went to the wayside. We had a private shuttle that went to the hotels in the wrong order, so our guests were waiting for a shuttle that never came and had to use their own transportation. Then, a limo that was was to pick up the bridal party, parents of the bride and the bride claimed that they hadn’t been paid the correct amount of money (false) and wouldn’t leave until it was paid. Even though they had already received thousands of dollars, they were holding up the entire wedding for a couple of hundred dollars. They brought the problem to the bride’s attention, which was the worst thing they could have done. They were rude and disrespectful. Even though the entire wedding party was waiting in the foyer, they made the bride go back up to her room to get the $$ they were demanding. What a way to treat her on her special day. Because of the nonsense, and not to mention the ridiculous route the driver traveled, the bride was over 40 minutes late to the wedding. The driver was fighting with the photographer and father of the bride over when the bride should exit the limo. WHAT A MESS. Then, because they were late and arguing over money, they went over the contracted time. Their response? Attack the groom saying that we owed them even more money for going over the time. UNREAL! Honestly, I have never dealt with more rude and disrespectful people. Don’t be fooled by their kind demeanor when trying to gain your business. When it’s time for the actual day, they will mess up your entire order and treat you like garbage. STAY AWAY!!!
