Foundation design is our core business as a Structural Engineering firm. Our presiding Engineer and owner built over 400 homes as a builder before returning to his passion to start AGTM Engineering, LLC in 1996. We have since grown to serve over 100 builders across Texas in every region. Our customers range from the 1 time homeowner/​builder to corporate builders like Tilson Homes that build hundreds of homes. We take a Value Engineering approach as our design methodology to achieve a maximum design structure with minimum build costs.
