For quality of work I would have given them 4 out of 5 stars, it’s everything else that only got them two stars. First off. the owner Shawn told us right at the start before we hired him that he had a guy who could stain our fence once he was finished since we expressed to him the importance of having that done. He reassured us that even though he didn’t stain himself, he would hook us up with someone who did. This never happened. He never gave us anyone the entire time he was here working. On the last day after the job was complete just before we gave him his check we asked again for the persons number, he told us he didn’t have the number on him but that he would get it and call us with it asap. Once again this never happened. We finally ended up buying a sprayer and doing it ourself and it turned out great, it actually saved us money, however it was pretty disappointing being mislead.
Other than that they do pretty good work, however his guys did leave trash behind on our property, and the job completion took 3 extra days than we were originally quoted. I think he needs to communicate with the customer better and not agree to things he can’t or won’t follow through with. I could go on about a few more things but whatever. I say 4 out of 5 on workmanship and price… but only a 2 for the bs you may have to put up with.
