DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! IT’S A DISASTER!
needed a car ASAP. first of all they were not open when their business hours said they would be. called and left a message, they didn’t get back to us for 5 days. finally got to test drive a car on a
needed a repair and detailed, the sales lady said it would be done by Friday. friday came and went. seven days later we are to finally meet to get the car. the owner is not in good health so he cannot oversee his business. the lady salesperson (a family member) I think put off sending things in for financing and blamed it on the finance company for being slow. she said we never told her how desperately fast we needed this car, which was a lie. too many lies, procrastination, blame gaming, and the customer does not come first. this business is not high on their priority list.

My father recently got in a car accident and needed a nice used car! Allan’s Auto was the best place… customer service was great knowledge on vehicles was awesome… definitely recommend Allan’s Auto!
