Was given a recommendation for this place. Called to make an appt, got one for 2 days later. Was told I would have to leave my car all day. Something came up with one of our children, & we had to re-​schedule. When I called back to make an appt, I left a msg during business hours, & call was not returned. I called again-​& when I attempted to reschedule, I was cheerfully told that they are booked all the way through summer, & that the best thing that they could suggest was to find another shop that had time available & could handle both car issues that we were having-​rather than have them handle one, & taking the car somewhere else for the other. Not a problem-​will do. A very odd way to handle a customer. I was not offered a waiting list-​nothing. Their website is filled with various niceties & their profession to be a Christian business-​however, basic customer relations are desperately needed here.
