Signature Hardware

I ordered shleves and brakets from Rejuvenation. The shelves arrived (one at a time) but the brackets did not. I waited over three weeks. When calling about it they promised an imminanat delivery which did not happen. I cancelled the order and purchased the brackets from Signature and they arrived as promissed. Also looked better and cheaper than Rejuvenation.

I do not usually comment on anything but I just have to say I have never been so impressed with the customer service I received from this company. I ordered a bathroom vanity, sink and faucet, all of which arrived in a very timely manner. From the very first phone call the girl went above and beyond to help with my new credit card that was not going thru. She put me on a 3 way call with the bank and got it taken care of. It took almost 5 months to get my contractor to put everything in place and then I was having trouble with my faucet (water running down the handle) they sent me a whole new faucet without any problems. I recommend this company to everyone, They are extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Slipper tub is beautiful and of great quality. Looks better than in picture. Shipped quickly and they used a great shipper.

LOVE MY TUB– HATE THE SERVICE–
I remodel June/​july 2015– used my soaking tub 4 times and I can’t get it clean– I used bath salts and tub oils in my soaking tub. I should be able to clean the tub. Here is the last email I received –offered, although this issue is outside of our warranty’s limits, to offer you a new tub at half the price as we understand the frustration that can be caused in a case like this as a courtesy to you as our customer.
I don’t want a new tub– WHAT A headache to put in a tub– I want someone to come out and look at the tub and fix the problem.

Great help in choosing faucet I needed — professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Package came when promised. Faucet was excellently packaged with extra protection for the sensitive copper coating. Great support for my installation questions. There’s a support licensed plumber available for more difficult or esoteric questions. What else could I ask for. I recommend them and will use them again.

I was very pleased with Signature Hardware. I was able to talk to a real person easily when I called and she was very helpful. I ordered a kitchen sink strainer basket assembly for the one sink and matching garbage-​disposal flange for the other. Both were in oil rubbed bronze finish.
While the two items did not match exactly (apparently impossible from my previous experience in purchasing these two items), they were very close in appearance. My conclusion is that no manufacturer seems to make this pair in exactly the same exact finish. The finish wore off my previous ones after about 4 years.
These items arrived promptly; the packaging was sturdy; the products appear of good quality,
My main compliment is that Signature Hardware seems to carry excellent quality products. Inexpensive oil rubbed bronze finishes degrade quickly and aren’t worth the money. These two products appear at least to have a long lasting finish.

Sent me a broken Vanity and told me I could wait a month and half for a new one or accept it with damage for 10% off. So I kept the vanity and had a purchase a touch up pen from RH because Signature doesn’t have them for their products. My contractors went to install the vanity and noticed the vanity top was also cracked. Signature refused to replace it so I had to buy another and it was broken on arrival as well. I will NEVER work with Signature Hardware AGAIN. Worst experience ever. Had to purchase a counter top locally and my bathroom remodel took months. I’m working with my credit card company to get my money back from Signature Hardware.

Used this company online for rustic style brackets. We were very satisfied with the speedy shipping, and the product. They have a diverse selection of products.

Over the past few years I’ve ordered a bunch of items — from bathtubs to fixtures — and everything has been great quality. Best part is the customer service: located in USA, reps speak english you can understand, they know all about their products and returns are totally fine. Love this place.

Being tired of the generally poor quality of the hardware sold in the big box sites I did an interest search and found Signature Hardware and took a chance. I am extremely happy with the quality of the items I purchased (for 2 bathrooms — and a 3ed in a few weeks). I think that pricing was fair for the overall quality and the selection was great. I’ll be back for sure. No more big box hardware for me!

Ordered a sink that implied it had mounting hardware. SH representative McCall said it did NOT come with mounting hardware and that their listings are accurate and correct… and «I’m sorry you feel that way.» when I told her the installation manual on their website for this item said in its instructions to «use the mounting hardware» meaning that it comes with mounting hardware.
This is the second time I’m gotten legalistic sneaky speak from these people over two differet order and with no apologies or offers to send me the missing parts needed for this thing.
Also, the sink didn’t come with printed instructions on how to mount it in the box. That’s why I had to go to the website while my plumber stood around at $ 150 an hour waiting for the answer…
«Crafted» website, incomplete assemblies and no warnings that hardware store trips are required… could get this garbage from IKEA… shouldn’t have expected anything better from a Southern company.

This is an exceptional company. They have the best selection, by far, of any company I have utilized. Their prices are very good as well. The thing that really sets them apart is their customer service. I was shopping for a stone sink, knowing that there is a lot of variability because it is a natural product. They allowed me to exchange two sinks, and went so far as to go into the warehouse and take pictures of individual sinks, following up with me every step of the way. I’ve never dealt with a company that is this professional, and I won’t shop anywhere else. If you have the chance to visit their show room, it’s well worth the trip. If you have particular items you’re interested in, they will actually pull them from the warehouse for you!

I bought a nicely-​designed range hood vent from Signature Hardware. It arrived on time and in completely perfect condition. The packaging was quite protective.
The vent was installed by my contractor, and it looks fine and functions perfectly.

Hands down the best customer service I have received in a very long time; these guys are great.
I purchased a sink that turned out to be faulty. After a phone call with a live human on Saturday afternoon they quickly replaced it without any fuss.
Their follow up is terrific and so is their professionalism.

My experience with SH is strictly via their website and customer service so I’ve never been to this location. I absolutely love them! Their site is one of the best I’ve seen in their industry and it makes it a pleasure to browse and shop their content. Compare it to MyKnobs which is an abyss of products. I always go to SH first before looking anywhere else. Images are large, descriptions are accurate and reviews are slowly building as customers populate the site. I had an issue with an order and customer service was really quick to correct it, no hesitation. CS is top priority for any business, that’s what keeps customers loyal. I’ll be shopping SH for a long time and have already referred them to friends.

Unfortunately both items I ordered were duds. The widespread faucet was installed by our plumber and he said the cartridge on the hot water side was defective. It was leaking terribly. After being on hold for a ridiculously long time I gave up and emailed the company, saying we needed a new cartridge quickly to pass our inspection. I did receive an email the next day saying a new one would be shipped out. It took 7 days to get here and this was very frustrating as we were just waiting on the plumbing trim to finish our bathroom.
Today the plumber is back but the replacement cartridge has not fixed the problem. It is better but still drip drip dripping. Then he moves on to install the shower head. When the shower is on water leaks out of the side. At least it doesn’t drip when not on, but still! We spent approximately $ 500.00 on this stuff and none of it is working properly.
Now I have to deal with returning the faucet. We will have to keep the shower set, as the rough in valve is already installed behind the tile. I will just replace the shower head with a Speakman.
At first I was so impressed because the products looked so beautiful and felt really good to touch. The quality is seriously lacking, though. On top of the quality control the waiting for replacement parts was too long. Next time we do a remodel I am buying all my fixtures from a real live human from an actual brick and mortar store locally.
