I commute regularly between rural San Diego and Las Vegas, and live about an hour from the airport. Jay has been my exclusive driver since I first found his company on Google about a year ago.
Jay has been on time 100% (usually a little early). His Lincoln Town Car is clean and comfortable. He offers a very reasonable flat rate. And he provides water, something I wish more taxis did.
I use this service about twice a month and highly recommend it.

I placed an online reservation for today on Monday August 18^th for my father who had a Dr. appt.
Scheduled pick up was for 8am. At 8.13 I called and asked where was the driver. They guy that answered said you never confirmed the text. No where on the text does it say you have to confirm. All it says if an changes pls txt as (not us they but as) back 4 cancelation. tnx 4 ur biz with us.
They guy who answered was rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend nor while I ever use them again.

Owner Maurice was prompt, friendly, and professional. He arrived in a clean passenger van, and the trip cost significantly less than I was quoted over the phone. I would definitely use this service again.

We hired this company months before our wedding to transfer guests to and from the parking area to the venue. We confirmed with the owner several times and were told everything would be taken care of. We hired their driver/​15 passenger shuttle for several hours at a flat hourly rate. They called us one week before the wedding and had the weekend mixed up. We confirmed again that the wedding would be held June 16 and that we would need their shuttle service from 1:30 — 4:00pm and again from 9:00 — 11:00pm. They said no problem. The day of the wedding, the shuttle driver had the wrong address and when he finally arrived at the parking site he stated that he was losing money and he quit. We were dumbfounded as we hired their service at an hourly rate. This was at the time guests were just starting to arrive and we were staging to walk out to our ceremony. Our friend took the lead and scrambled to get other friends and family members to bring guests to the venue. It was the one thing we were trying to avoid. We are extremely disappointed with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone. It’s a shame.
